“One delivery driver sent my pizza to the wrong place.I have an issue with two of the stores employees. First we have Mr. Ricky, I feel like he needs to take the time to learn some better customer service skills. His handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional to say the least he made no attempt to deescalate the situation nor address my complaint.The manager on shift absolutely refused to help me.She would not give her name so I could file a formal complaint with her superiors.If they took the time to read the ingredients correctly or were properly trained for their positions maybe it would help reduce the number of daily complaints Today I had requested for alfredo pasta bread bowl,two extra cheese pizzas and omw home two litre of Pepsi somehow they still got that wrong …I got two incredibly burnt pizzas and no Alfredo sauce.If I could give this place a zero star I would.Horrible This place is just absolutely horrible.I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAINWheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible“
