I love Panera Bread, but this place makes me sad. The food doesn’t taste like ANY of Panera Breads I’ve been to. I don’t know what recipe they’re using, but it’s not the standard. It really let me down. My chicken bacon ranch sandwich had a lot of fat and my favorite broccoli cheddar soup was served barely lukewarm and it tasted so bad compared to the broccoli cheddar soups I’ve had at many other Panera Breads. The only nice thing about this experience was the server.

Bright eyed bushy tailed and all I want is a nice tea for an easy wake up & first thing I’m great to the kindest hospitality; a smartly dressed manger holding the door with a smile and genuinely friendly workers and i’m pretty happy! Easily made my day coming in :)

First time visiting the location in Whitehall, PA. It was very easy to get to, and it was very spacious. It did not have seating for plugs for those who wanted to work on a laptop especially for those who are passing through on business.
