First time visiting the location in Whitehall, PA. It was very easy to get to, and it was very spacious. It did not have seating for plugs for those who wanted to work on a laptop especially for those who are passing through on business.

Not feeling so hot today, so I wanted to order some chicken noodle soup and a bread bowl. A cup of soup you get is never enough so I wanted it to be a large can’t do that apparently so I had to order a bread bowl and a soup separately I said OK that’s ridiculous but how much would it cost to do that? Is it a lot more? The person taking my order said it was over eight dollars for a bowl of soup and Panera you have to be out of your mind if you think that someone’s gonna pay almost 9 dollars for a bowl of soup when a can of chicken noodle soup that’s probably the exact same recipe you use cost two dollars I mean seriously I told the cashier that’s crazy and I left And that wasn’t even including the charge for the bread bowl. I mean, honest to God how do you guys even stay in business who is paying these prices?

asked for a chicken ceasar salad, got no chicken in it. also tried to charge me for a whole bowl when I ordered a half bowl. you are better off going to the one on airport rd, I’ve never had a problem there.

I ordered a Chicken Bacon Rancher. It looked nothing like it was advertised. What I got was two pieces of bread with some chicken and barely any bacon in between. Complete and total scam. I don't know how this is legal.

This location is closest to our home, but not our hearts. there have been a variety of issues over the years. Today I asked for a chocolate croissant to be warmed. The counter person left the “warmed plate on a counter. I went to pick it up and burned my fingers. I told the person I burned my hand and that I only wanted the croissant warmed. She told me it wasn’t the croissant that was hot it was the plate. Well yeh, melamine plate are not supposed to be microwaved! She said she had no other way to warm it without the plate. I guess she never used a microwave before. She could have used a napkin! I will start going to one of the Panera locations further away if I feel the need to go at all.
