Extremely disappointed. I have been a long time customer but for the last 6 months or so it’s been more and more frustrating. Today was the last straw. Rice that was harder than the counter it was served on and the $8 bowl of queso. Here is a picture. I said where’s the rest and I was told they are supposed to give three scoops. My response was that it says large on your menu, not three scoops.

Boy did this not make the fast food engineer happy. She certainly went all Nissan Altima on me.

To the others reading this review….just go to chipotle. I know I will.

This used to be my go to for semi-healthy fast food. Last few times I’ve come here during regular dinner or lunch hours, they were out of the most basic ingredients (lettuce, fajitas etc.) and place was dirty. Only reason I didn’t give only one star was because I made the best of what food they did have.

The tortillas with guacamole, the tortillas were stale. So I took them back and they said most likely they’re all stale and gave me a soda instead I also got a burrito and a portion that they gave me of meat couldn’t have been no more than a tablespoon. Wife got a taco bowl and wasn’t that good Will not be returning.

Food is amazing of course and the restaurant is nice and clean but unless you want to wait 30 mins for your food when there is literally only 2 people in front of you I suggest you choose another location..

Usually good, first experience was great but it seemed to have degraded with each visit.

Had a shrimp burrito and a quesadilla

Quedilla was very soggy and kind of gross to eat

My shrimp burrito however had no shrimp throughout 3/4 of the burrito, had asked staff if they happened to be out of shrimp for the day, a member came by with a ball and asked to dump the contents of the burrito into a ball (was still half a burrito), assuming that it would common sense that a new one would be made if this is done, and then it turned out that all the shrimp was collected on the bottom, staff explained that it sometimes happens and offered nothing but finishing the burrito with a
fork?? Huh??

Overall experience was poor, I praised Qdoba as the chipotle killer, but it's starting to be hard to recommend.
On top of the Whitehall location usually having floor mats on chairs and dirty tables when the store isn't internally busy.
