Waited for host, or anyone for that matter, to come to the front for over five minutes. Another group there said they had been waiting there over ten minutes on top of that and nobody ever helped them either. I went over to office and saw nobody there but heard yelling in the back.. still not even aware they are at a public work environment with customers to please. Eventually got seated, ready to order right away and they are out of items we wanted. Ok, chose something else.....read full review

Red Lobster is a family-friendly restaurant that welcomes kids with open arms. With plenty of parking options, including a mall parking lot with a short walk, it's easy to get in and out. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, featuring handicapped parking spots, a flat and easy-to-enter area, and wide doors. The staff is exceptional, with service that is fast and amazing. The food was amazing and excellent. Servers and the manager are very nice and make guests feel comfortable, happy, and ensure everything is perfect. It is a really nice place to go and enjoy a great meal and great service.
