The worst cleaning service of all time is this hotel on the first day I arrived the sheets had hairs I kindly asked to change the sheets 24 hours later no one changed the sheets or cleaned the room on the second day when I went to ask about the cleaning the girl told me that she was going to give me some sheets to clean the room myself because there was no cleaning service after complaining for several hours they changed my room I thought everything was going to change on day...read full review

Horrible customer service. Stayed there for 3 days and for all 3 days, the basics such as sugar was not available for coffee. We were told that in this day and age that their shipment had not arrived. At breakfast time, there were no bowls for cereal most of the time and spoons were not available as well. The attitude of the lady running the cafe was that “ breakfast is complementary “ therefore we should be ok with whatever is available.

Never stay at the Ramada Inn, especially the one in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Was double charged for a single night (June 29th), and the front desk manager, Amanda Rinehart told me to call Monday if it still wasn’t corrected. Well I called her this morning, and at first it seemed like she couldn’t even find where I had even been there. Then finally she found it and told me that her records don’t show that.
