I had the absolute worst experience at the Smoothie King in Whitehall Township, PA, and I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this location is run. As someone who’s visited 15 Smoothie King locations across the United States, I can say without a doubt that this is the most deplorable one yet. The manager was utterly deplorable—zero customer service skills, rude, and completely indifferent to customers. When I tried to address an issue with my order (which was made incorrectly and tasted awful), she dismissed me with an eye-roll and a snarky comment, making me feel like I was the problem. The staff seemed untrained, the place was dirty with sticky counters and floors, and the smoothies took forever to come out despite there being no line. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the overall vibe screamed neglect. This location is a disgrace to the Smoothie King brand, and I’ll never step foot in there again. Save your money and avoid this dump at all costs!

My brother and I had come here after a workout and this was my first time here! It was a little busy but these particular team members kept it under control: Carlin, Tia and Britney. They made this experience a whole lot memorable! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you guys!

We had the honor of having Brittany to help us pick an amazing and delicious smoothie. Honestly, you can get smoothies anywhere but there’s only one Brittany❣️
We also learned the owner of this franchise actually sends their workers, like Brittany, on a surprise summer vacation🫶🫰🏻💞🗺️🏝️🏖️🚢💰🧧

I love there smoothies, definitely recommend their “Banana Boat” Smoothie. 10/10 experience, 100% recommend atleast one of there amazing bowls/smoothies
I went here to try a smoothie but then noticed a new coconut smoothie bowl advertisement and decided sure, why not give it try. If I could explain the amount of sugar they put in that bowl was insane. It was un-edible at that point and confusing since you would think this is a place that should aim more towards healthy alternatives…. I couldn’t even taste coconut but more like sugar. Scared me off…
