Visit on 13DEC2025 (2:30 pm): Absolutely terrible attitude by one of the workers over there. She seems to be a manager and she's always standoffish and mean to people. She talks to myself and customers in a very condescending manner. I'm not sure what management hasn't addressed this issue yet and why they haven't had a talk with her. In a previous visit about 2 weeks ago she was yelling at people and screaming people's names in such a loud way that it was very uncomfortable to sit there. Im hoping I won't have to deal with this a third time.. All the other workers are absolutely friendly and nice though ❤️

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. they don’t know what light ice is. they rush and tried to make 2 drinks at once and one has light ice but the other has ice to the top. Unacceptable. and they seriously charge extra for light ice? disappointing. It took me 3 sips to finish.

it’s very nice in here and the drinks were good. service was good. however, there are flies all over the food displays, which i know occasionally some display treat are used to give to costumers. just a little disgusting and should be taken care of.

This location’s order ahead wait times are terrible. Literally upwards of 20+ minutes. I am a frequent Starbucks customer and I only go to this location when my son has soccer practice nearby. I never have to wait nearly as long at any other location. Consistently long wait times.

Over 20 minutes to get a black coffee, lol. Every time I come here the drive thru has trash cans blocking the entrance so you have to go inside. Once inside.. 20+ minutes for a black coffee. Y’all need to get it together.

The drive through is always closed creating a long line inside. It takes forever to order in store and there’s no where to stand while waiting for your order.

A great experience each time I visit. This Starbucks location is on my route to work so I stop by 1-2 times a week. Each time I’m greeted kindly, the breakfast sandwich comes out warm and tasty, and my iced chai tea is perfect. I do an online order most times. I never have more than a 5 minute wait in the drive through line. Thank you for your great service!

Horribly rude experience went in to ask a question when I do order their frequently, but normally through the drive-through I went in to ask a question and was met with complete rudeness when you could simply just tell me the information without having to be rude and Disrespectful Even if my question was annoying or something they couldn’t answer. They still could’ve been polite about it. Horrible customer service.

The things are tasty, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is nice & conducive to work on my laptop. The only problem here is the bugs... I've been visiting for 3 weekends now, & there's been either 4 or 5 gnats in the food display container every time. As well as 1 coming by to say hello to me as I worked every time. Today was the first time I saw an actual house fly. I get that having fly paper with bugs stuck on it may seem gross, but at least put a bunch out overnight until they're all taken care of 🙃 I don't have the reaction speed to swat these gnats.

Good space though the workers could be better. They were too busy talking to friends that come in on their day off, and not even acknowledge anyone waiting to be waited on. No one would even look at me as I stood at the counter. I only order a sparkling can of water, so it is always an easy order. They could take the time to talk to friends but didnt have the time to wait on me and take my money. Priorities are a bit backwards. Good help really makes a location great. They were cursing and complaining. Being a business owner myself, I was not impressed.

Workers are disorganized, sloppy, and not very friendly. This location is not one I will come back to for a long time as it takes forever to get your order and they aren't even that busy.
