Not sure what’s going on with this location but anytime I order here my drink is wrong last year when I came they seemed happy then recently they don’t greet customers, give attitude when they make a drink wrong, and will have you sit in drive thru for 5 mins for a simple remake. Don't go here it’s clearly not a Starbucks anymore.

Continuously makes drinks inconsistently and incorrectly even thought they are regularly ordered the same exact way every single time. Not friendly about fixing and have given attitude for even asking to correct amd almost to the point where it feels intentional. atmosphere is full of condescending, arrogant, pompous snobbery.

I will never use this Starbucks again. Every time I go there it is the worst experience. Staff were working hard but could not keep up with the orders. Maybe management should hire more people. 30 minutes after I ordered and still waiting on a simple hot chocolate. That is ridiculous. I will take my money elsewhere in the future.
For a coffee place, you can't go wrong with Starbucks. This one had comfy chairs and sofas, which made hanging out very comfortable.

I was having trouble with a coupon on the app in the drive thru. The employee honored it even though it wasn’t working. I greatly appreciated that. The coffees I got were both accurate and tasted great.

Plenty of seating, including a double sofa and chair area in the center with very comfortable seat cushions and coffee and side tables. Plenty of outdoor seating as well with umbrella shades
Vegetarian options: "Impossible" non-meat products and a variety of non-dairy milks.
Parking: This Starbucks is at the end of a small strip mall that includes other businesses. At certain hours the moderate parking area can fill up. We have parked nearby in the very large Lowe's parking lot when this has happened.
