Tried for the first time today for lunch. Portion sizes were nice and large, food was delicious. Sometime picky teen scraped his bowl clean. The heat on the spicy teriyaki was perfect. The only issue was the lack of sauce on my wife's chicken katsu bowl. She didn't complain and just used the teriyaki sauce on the table, but in my mind she didn't order teriyaki chicken, she ordered katsu. Grabbed two bowls food was good and fresh. Met the owner and he was nice and had a great conversation while had a quick wait for my food.
Terrible customer service! Young ladies behind counter too busy talking to each other (one was even eating) to help customers. The chicken was DISGUSTING!! Most of it was thrown in the trash because it was extremely fatty and some was gray!🤮0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
