11 dollars for a tiny piece of cheesecake is insane and than giving people different sizes when they take out compared to dining in is awful and that’s not even the worst of it a half hour for said slice of cheesecake when I placed the order and than had to go to three different areas to even pick up my order avoid this place at all costs

Long post. We loved going here. Then we went and had a horrible experience with the food, the service & the manager. We dined in, my boyfriend got the honey chicken but asked for broccoli instead of asparagus, they put the chicken on top of the asparagus.. I cut the chicken to see if there was bones in it, we told the waitress and she said she will get him a new meal, they brought another plate out, and it was the same chicken with the same asparagus juice on it. We told the waitress, we received the same chicken, she apologized, went to the kitchen and said the kitchen was not truthful about getting him new food, the manger then proceeds to come over and gives us attitude and was like what happened? We explain to him, he said “well I got three different stories then”, walks away and did not see or speak to him for rest of the visit. The waitress then comes back, and gets extremely ghetto, cursing up a storm, and trying to downplay the situation. We left, we didn’t want to make a scene, as it was only about food. But it’s the principle. But the lying between all of them was ridiculous. They all turned very unprofessional very quickly. I wrote to corporate three times, have not heard back from them. Very unfortunate about the people they hire! We loved every other experience we’ve had there. Then, my boyfriend did not leave a tip due to the situation, (understandable) and I did not put a 0 for the tip, someone wrote in there own $15 tip on our paper, I called them and they said they couldn’t find our receipt or information from 6 days ago.. and if they did find it and there was a tip they would refund the tip amount.. no consequences for their actions. the people the decide to hire are shady, which is unfortunate because the food is usually always delicious!

I had never been to The Cheesecake Factory before because I was intimidated by the very large menu.We got a strawberry margarita and the pink lemonade, both very tasty and made well. We got a bunch of different appetizers, and everything was...well, yummy! My favorite was the meatballs!Our server was super fun and did a great job.Life is short so order the Godiva brownie sundae!!!! (Just don't try to eat it by yourself, it's huge!)

David was my server and he was so delightful. Full of positivity and courteous. You don’t find good servers out there anymore. Food was absolutely amazing. I got the flatbread pizza and salad lunch special. Reese’s cheesecake was huge and tasty! Can’t wait to come back.

We had a very nice dine-in experience over here. The service was really very good and they have tons of options on the menu. We had dinner and we ordered tomato basil pasta, Korean fried cauliflower, chicken taquitos, shrimp gumbo etc. and all the food was really very good. Chicken taquitos were really very good. This is the must try appetizer. The ambience is nice and cozy.

This is our first time to a cheesecake factory. And we were kind of nervous since all we hear is mix reviews. But thanks to our server Abby M. She made us feel right at home. She was very helpful and polite. Everything she recommended we tried . She made sure all our needs were met. She did a fantastic job..The restaurant was nice and clean. And the food was amazing. We will definitely be going back. I highly recommend the Cheesecake Factory in The Lehigh Valley Mall.
We had reservations during a shift change, so we were seated late. (Understandable) The server seemed a bit overwhelmed since the had to start tables all at the same time. She was fantastic but maybe management can alter reservation start times to make it better for their staff and customers.

Went here April 28th, 2024 at around 4:30PM. Place was very confusing and almost like a maze to navigate around. Food also ended up getting me sick as I had no problems throughout the day. Service on the other hand was absolutely amazing and before I realized the food had caused me to fall decently ill, it was very good! Don't recommend going there if you have social anxiety, claustrophobia, or get anxious in loud environments. Otherwise it wasn't half bad!!

What an amazing experience! Our waiter David G. took care of our every need. He was warm and welcoming, made suggestions, and even shared in some laughs. What a great dude! Food was exceptional even though they were really busy. Highly recommended! 1000 times better than that dumpster fire of a restaurant Dave & Buster's.
