Jenaiya was super sweet and pleasant. She gave me outstanding service. As for the atmosphere this is the second time I’ve come and had multiple fruit flies flying around once my food came out. We literally had to keep fanning our food
We had a wonderful experience at The Cheesecake Factory. When we had a concern with one of our dishes, the manager handled it with genuine professionalism and kindness, immediately offering a replacement and making sure we left satisfied. That level of customer service really stood out.

I wanted to reach out regarding my recent visit to your establishment. Overall, it was a good experience, but there were fruit flies present that were quite bothersome during my time there. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be looked into.
