I usually enjoy Wendy’s food, but my local experience has been disappointing. The bathroom was clogged and unusable, the soda machine was out of order, and the ketchup and supply station were completely empty. On top of that, the place was visibly dirty, and the employees didn’t seem welcoming or attentive at all. Management seriously needs to step in and address these issues. The food might still be decent, but the overall environment is unacceptable.

Ordered jr cheese burgers, was charged for and handed bacon cheese burgers, when I told them they got the order wrong the worker wouldn’t fix it till I asked for a manager, the manager then charged me the right price but handed me back the same burgers without the bacon. This is a health risk for many reasons. This happens very consistently that they try to upcharge for bacon jr cheese burgers instead of the normal ones when you order a jr cheese burger. Will honestly drive 15 minutes to the next closest Wendy’s rather than give them another dime of money.

I walked in and ordered 2 son of the baconators with no mayo,a large fry,and a small drink. Service was very slow getting me my drink and food granted it's a Friday (may 9th 2025) it's after 8:30 pm but one other person was in the restraunt eating when I ordered. I finally get my food and one burger had mayo and one didn't when I wanted no mayo on both. My one burger was ruined cause I don't like mayo and they seemed to be worried about taking care of door dash and drive through orders over people inside the restraunt.

Come here at 6:55 to pick up a order and they are closed! It's ridiculous they are supposed to be open at 6:30 seems like this is an ongoing issue that management, and district managers need to fix! It's January 6 2025, there is two cars so someone is definitely there, I guess they just like stealing company hours.

The lobby was supposed to be open at 7am, on a Sunday morning . Doors were still locked after 10am. Even after I proceeded through the drive thru, they ignored me. When I went up to the window to see what the issue was, they had attitudes and acted like they didn’t hear me on the intercom. I felt very uncomfortable to eat there after that. I ended up just leaving without any food.
First time at this location, opening time is 06:00am yet it’s 07:30am and no one is answering at the drive-thru, no sign of anyone working whatsoever. Not only that, but the lunch menu is up instead of breakfast? Yeah don’t waste your time.

Every time I go, the doors are locked. It's 9 am on a Tuesday. Doors locked. 2 cars in the parking lot. How do they stay in business? My work truck will not fit in the take out.
