Come here at 6:55 to pick up a order and they are closed! It's ridiculous they are supposed to be open at 6:30 seems like this is an ongoing issue that management, and district managers need to fix! It's January 6 2025, there is two cars so someone is definitely there, I guess they just like stealing company hours.

The lobby was supposed to be open at 7am, on a Sunday morning . Doors were still locked after 10am. Even after I proceeded through the drive thru, they ignored me. When I went up to the window to see what the issue was, they had attitudes and acted like they didn’t hear me on the intercom. I felt very uncomfortable to eat there after that. I ended up just leaving without any food.

First time at this location, opening time is 06:00am yet it’s 07:30am and no one is answering at the drive-thru, no sign of anyone working whatsoever. Not only that, but the lunch menu is up instead of breakfast? Yeah don’t waste your time.

Every time I go, the doors are locked. It's 9 am on a Tuesday. Doors locked. 2 cars in the parking lot. How do they stay in business? My work truck will not fit in the take out.

On Saturday morning went to the drive thru and no service , waited 15 mins and nothing .. So I decided to drive up the window , waited to see if there’s anyone there and nobody acknowledge . I decided to leave and went to McDonalds instead .. Today ( Sunday ) same thing happen , waited for 10 mins on the drive thru , went to the window and I do see employees and again nobody acknowledged .. this is the worst service just to get a coffee I ever experienced .. You need to increase the salary for your employees or this will continue to happen .. Might as well change your hours from afternoon to night …
Really not it the workers there with attitude giving the wrong orders you guys have to do better when it come to working with customers instead of giving attitude and wrong orders

They serve breakfast until 10:30 am I came to pick up my breakfast at 10:09 am that I ordered through doordash and they want to tell me AFTER they hit preparing order that they don’t have breakfast anymore and that I need to cancel my order which meant I was not getting a refund . Marci or Marcia the manager is rude and clearly does not need to be working here .
