Corrine was our server today. There were 4 of us. She was great, got the food correct, and entertained our octogenarian parents. A gem. Will ask for her next time.

Tried calling several times someone picks up like they’re stupid and doesn’t say anything on the phone. I can literally hear them talking in the background…. Horrible customer service also found a hair in my food while I was eating disgusting

Michael D. was very kind and attentive to us! And the food was delicious. Everything came out in a timely manner, I have no complaints.

Many open tables in dining room. Waited 10 minutes to be served.
Wife was served cold coffee. Had to ask for another.
Food was served by someone other than waitress who took order. No silverware was on the table. After waiting five minutes for someone. I started looking in the service stations for my own silverware. I found it, and the staff just watched me help myself.
Only then did server show while I was attempting eat my food while it was still warm.
Ordered a featured margarita, horrible. Left most on the table.
When I was wrapping it up. I overheard another patron, tell staff they were leaving because they were waiting too long. Staff said sorry have a nice day. Not even an attempt to resolve the issue.
When it came time to pay, I paid for everything. I was leaving a $1 tip. I also tried to use the table top kiosk to leave my feedback. Then the floor manager came out. I ran out of room to express my complaints on the table to kiosk. 10 questions later I told the floor manager I give up and told my tale. I was repeatedly asked if there was any comps that can be given. I refused then and I will still refuse. Again I ate the food, I enjoyed it.
I typically tip in excess of 20% , people have bad days. I still feel like a jerk for not tipping wait staff.
I felt neglected, so did my wife. This incident makes only the second time in my life that I left a poor tip. I honestly feel like it was .99 cents more than I should have left on a $60 bill.
Hopefully this criticism will be received and corrected.

Great meal for a large group, all meals and appetizers were shareable and delicious! Can't go wrong here, especially for the low price!
Drinks were superb as well!
Friendly staff took care of our needs quickly, we needed to eat and run to a show!

My brother and I went to Applebee's for dinner Thursday June 19, 2005. And our waiter DeShaune was phenomenal, very knowledgeable about menu, and the manager Troy did a excellent job , came over was very pleasant and helpful. 4 Stars and the riblets very very good!

Haven’t been here in years and now I think I’ll be here more often. Great burger

Today they rate a 5 star. My husband and I went there for lunch. We had previously had a bad experience with a takeout order. So we gave them another chance. We wete welcomed at the door. After we were seated we overheard a waiter at a table close to us assisting a special needs patron on how to maneuver paying the bill. He was outstanding in the manner he treated the patron. He was patient professional and caring
Our waitress was very good as well. Service was timely and this time, the food was done perfectly. We acknowledged the waiters to the manager. We always acknowledge great service and people going out of their way to help others. FYI we had 1/2 rack of ribs meal and the crispy chicken sandwich. Glad we gave them another try.

All I can say is Wow the food was freaking amazing we came out for the 15.99 meals tonight and our waiter Michael was on the ball (let me tell you Applebee's this man deserves a raise!) had our drinks out before our cups were empty thanks for an amazing night out!
