I personally don’t like how long they let the pretzels sit in the warmer, they’re a little hard when we serve them. What’s really bad is the management. 18+ workers who work full time do not get any time of break, which i’m pretty sure is illegal?? Some employees are definitely overworked, all for $10 an hour!

Over a 20 minute wait for a simple order. It's a baked pretzel, nothing on the menu should take over 20 minutes

The young man was rude. I get a smoothie there once a month. Never seen him there. He must be new. I didn’t get offered yogurt in my smoothie. I don’t know what he did but the smoothie wasn’t good. Idk how u can mess up a smoothie. Unless the fruit wasn’t recipe or it was spoiled.

Went right at opening and was served a day old pretzel instead of a nice fresh one. Could not even chew through parts of the pretzel.

Never have anything made fresh anymore everything sits in the warmers for hours and then you get it and it's hard and cold. Expensive for what. Such a waste auntie Anne's used to be my favorite place to get a pretzel or some hot dogs bites but not anymore. 15 to 20 minutes just for a fresh order it's ridiculous. How long are you allowed to leave your food in the warmer for ? You'll make people sick..

It takes more than 25 minutes with your order of 4 items without anyone else in line, only one person. I understand the delay could be for several reasons, but the treatment is what makes you return to a place and here it is terrible. They told me only once to wait a few minutes. About 20 minutes passed and the cashier and the other girl were just talking in the back, I asked them again about my order and they just said rudely "you have to wait" I hope I don't go back there.

No professionalism! Supposed to be open at 11am! I’m on lunch break and came here on my break at 12:05 and asked the person when would they open! They kept saying 10 minutes and I was asking for an actual time as they should be open. No sense of urgency, professionalism, or respect for others time. The manger was very rude and so are the employees on the shift, they have no understanding of customer service. The mini dogs were burnt and I requested a refund the guy started saying I was being unprofessional for questioning the burnt hot dogs and suggested I shouldn’t tell him how to do his job. He went on to insult me as I never disrespected him and I asked for a refund. Calling corporate! Doing your job correctly is having the store open and operating on time at 11 on the dot. Also several customers had to walk away who were also on break and In a rush. TO make it worse the worker, saw this review and went and added a bogus review to my business page when we don't even have customers in person! Have contacted Google and forwarded everything to our legal deptEdit 8/4 Google removed the reviews and found that the review was made from the same location I was standing in even though Joseph swears his employee didn’t do it. Google doesn’t remove reviews without investigation.

On 8/3 I arrived here at 12:10 . I asked what time did they open as I wanted to make sure I don’t show up again to be standing there and they are closed! Tyde kept saying 10 mins! I wanted an exact hour! After waiting for 20 minutes with order customers and no acknowledgement or “we will be right with you!” Someone finally opened up the gate. Left a review earlier with my business name and the employee retaliated and left a FALSE review on my business page. I spoke to the owner and he’s supposed to speak to the employee tomorrow! However that’s not enough has the employee has made false accusations and Google is currently investigating the account that was created to make the review. Waiting for Google to get back to my lawyer to confirm the locations of reviews and account created to leave review as all info is linked in real time.

I saw a lady really going at this worker. She was verbally abusing the employee. I have never had a problem with the employees at this location. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful. We all have off days, and there is no excuse to lash out at other people like this woman. I was behind her when everything happened and I saw a review from earlier, and I was the one that walked away because I was extremely uncomfortable with the confrontation that this woman caused. Again, I hope for the best for this employee.
