Bought pizza, salad & a side of meatballs to eat in the store. No forks, no knives, no lids for the cups. Another restaurant with nobody in charge and nobody responsible for anything. You sure get to tip the moment you pay though!

This Blaze is so respectful of my daughter's significant allergy concerns. The manager or person in charge is wonderful. They take my daughter's order and complete it first. They get my daughter brand new separate ingredients from a brand new container to prevent any cross-contamination. They inform the person attending the oven to be cautious. They get a cleaned pizza cutter for her. We feel safe with their procedures. My daughter is so thankful and lives every bite!
My mom, husband and step-grandfather who can eat pizza anywhere love it too!

I placed an order on grubhub and saw the tax on the order was 30 dollars extra. I immediately called the restaurant to cancel the order, but to my surprise and they failed to answer the call. The worst part was that they hung up the call 4 out of the 10 times; so they obviously could have answered my call! I simultaneously contacted grubhub from another phone and had them contact the restaurant as well. They didn't even answer the grubhub supervisor that I had contacted them. I placed the order at 3:43pm and called non-stop about 10 minutes after. I could have canceled the order, and the restaurant would have had no food waist if they had just answered the phone. This isn't the first issue I've had at this location, and I'm fed up with the service. UPDATE. On top of not answering, they forgot to add all the additional drizzles for my pizza.
