went to Wilkes Barre from Hazleton and had this place on my go to whenever I visited. Ordered thru the app was there in 5 minutes and my food was ready . Food was delicious me and my partner bought 2 different salad bowl and omg they were both delicious we couldn't chose which one was better both were 100/10 . We saw the menu and the quesadillas and burritos look delicious and we can't wait for our next time in Wilkes Barre to try them . 10/10 on the food . Kids that work there were really nice too .

We had been traveling and looking for somewhere to get quick food that was not your typical fast food and offered somewhat healthy options. We found Bubbakoo's and pulled up at 8:48 to find all the chairs already flipped up onto the tables when they say they don't close until 9:00. I worked in food service and I understand how frustrating it is for people to come in at the last minute, but it's the nature of the beast. However, we still attempted to go eat there but as I opened the door I was told it was too late to order. Back to the drawing board we go looking for dinner for our family of 5 that's been traveling from Florida! Very disappointed in the service.

We got the BBQ chicken buritto and the nachos w the works and it was so delicious. I was skeptical reading bad reviews but we will definitely be back very soon it was so good.

The food is really good and it's definitely a fusion of all kinds of dishes. Not your cookie cutter texmex place. We will be back.
We went here on a Sunday for dinner. Place was busy with just two employees working. The wait was bearable because the two employees were nice and were working hard. The way food was being prepared had no finesse at all ... not appetizing. Employee was picking/pinching vege and rice that spilled over the prep area back into the pile ... just grabbing off excess rice off the burrito being prepared back to the pile, then back to the burrito ... ugh it was painful to watch! Then the fries, employee was trying to fit all the fries into the paper cup by punching these into the paper cup! Serving size is definitely huge. We ordered shaka laka and general tsos .... we basically had deep fried chicken with different sauce. The food was not bad ... it was just not as expected. I wouldnt be coming back nor recommend it to family/friends unless they are only after the amount of food being served. (I wouldnt want to have a lot of something I dont like or enjoy eating).

Came in today for the first time and the staff were all extremely helpful, and didn’t make me feel rushed. I LOVE that they had vegetarian options. I got the fried cauliflower bowl and it was delicious! Will definitely be back before I leave town!

My first experience with Bubbakoos was exceptional except for one thing.
The flavor and quality of the food is fantastic BUT for what you pay for a meal I expect more protein to be included in my burrito, I ordered the General Tsos burrito and I must say it was phenomenal but WAYYYYY too much rice was added and not enough chicken. I understand times are tough and inflation is a problem but stop doing this. You’ll lose customers this way and your profits will drop and you’ll eventually shut down like most restaurants in this area. Overpricing small portions have become a huge problem in the US so be the solution and not a part of the problem. But besides this, the food is great, staff was professional and the place is clean, 9/10 would recommend.
