It was short wait to get a table but at the table was over an 1 1/2 hr to get appetizers then it was a disappointment the ultimate nachos was nothing ultimate, it was just nachos l, a sprinkle of cheese, about 6 slices of jalapeños and a dash of sour cream, wrong drinks was brought to the head of the table, we ordered a mix of wings to share and no plates or napkins were given ( constantly had to ask to bring ). We have been to plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings, but this locations failed.

We ordered burger and wings wings were good but burgers were extremely greesy in which the very pleasant general manager chester took care of and our server mary was amazing she was attentive and took care of us she keep apologizing for our burgers so sweet otherwise good atmosphere

A friend and I stopped in to eat. There was three parties waiting(no more then four guests each. They said they had waited for 15mins meanwhile we all wondered why one third of the restaurant was empty. When asking the hostess about it she said and I quote "we don't use those tables." So apparently the three+ servers weren't capable of handling splitting a section. Over all, disheartening and unlogical. I'm sure we weren't the only ones turned away from the wait. Also unfortunately for them there is a longhorn in front of them that understood the entire restaurant should be used

I will say this, I’ve eaten in restaurants in other countries and never have I had better service than I did from a waitress by the name of Britney tonight. I work a really tough and challenging job and sitting in Brittany section made me feel right at home. Such peace. She came and checked on me constantly and treated me more like a family member. I hope that Brittany’s efforts are acknowledged. I highly recommend this location as every time I’ve been, it’s been a treat.

If possible I would’ve given more stars for service. I had an amazing experience purely because how hardworking and dedicated my hostess Layla was. She alone improved my overall experience! Definitely would recommend!!!

First of all… our server’s attitude completely ruined the night from the beginning. She messed up every single order and did not apologize once for her mistakes. We ordered chicken ceasar salad, no chicken. Made a Long Island blue… no cheese in a cheeseburger… absolutely awful overall. Wouldn’t come to this place unless you’re looking to have a terrible time with friends….

I mostly get takeout when I'm at the commons and on the way home. I think they're short staffed most of the time, since it takes around 10 minutes just to get noticed, and usually a server who has tables tells me someone will be right there. Food is what you expect at a wing /burger /bar food type place. If you choose to dine in, and they are properly staffed, you'll have a great time. Lots of tv's and trivia games to keep everyone entertained. Handicap accessible and large bathrooms make it easy to get around. A robust bar to hang out when your food is being prepped. I think with about 2 to 3 more staff per shift would make this place hum
