Picked up my order for Christmas Eve and paid for the entire order but Surprise, the Crab cakes and coleslaw was missing. I went back to the store and said you didn’t charge me enough or missing some items and the guy thanked me for being an honest customer for paying what they didn’t charge and said it was the complete order. Could be an innocent mistake but they could have checked in the kitchen and confirmed. Now the dinner for Christmas Eve is only half☹️

I called in to place an order . The white man that picked up was rude . I was talking to him and he didn’t feel like taking my order so he placed the phone down and started having a conversation and laughing with someone in the restaurant. This was my first time placing an order at this restaurant , let’s just say it won’t happen again.
