We had a large group with several different entrees. Service was excellent as the waiters handled all the different requests for drinks, appetizers and entrees. The Egg Plant Rollatini and Seafood Risotto and Lobster Ravioli was delicious. Every entree was served hot. The exception was the Beef Stroganoff special, the beef was dry and the sauce was not flavorful. Deserts were good. Prices are $$$-$$$$. Our group enjoyed our meals and would definitely recommend Cafe Toscana...

The food was absolutely amazing—every bite was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service and atmosphere matched the quality of the food, making it a truly wonderful dining experience. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Food is good not great. The ambiance is nice and it was a nice touch to have live music. The food is good for Wilkes Barre Pa. If you took this restaurant to any other area, it would never make it.
