I brought an ice cream here just today on 7/15/2025 it was a vanilla cookie ice cream I found a hair on my icecream I try to be nice by telling a worker that speak Spanish and she was rude to me and told me wait for the other girl and I told her there’s a hair on my ice cream and I have to wait for the other girl and told them but none of them were nice to me I told them I didn’t want the thing I brought from them and told me that they don’t give refunds I didn’t want a refund from the ice cream that had the hair I want a refund from the things I brought that was close and not eaten. I have crohn desease and I just want people that have restaurant or sell food to be clean and careful and nice.

Can't go in too close to closing time because half the ice cream containers were empty, and could'nt order a bunch of stuff because they were cleaning the machines. Were they that busy you couldn't find any napkins either?

My favorite place to go when I want my soft self fix!! In my opinion it's the best damn ice cream you can get. The building is a little run down but don't let that be the deciding factor. I just can't say enough good things about this place. 10 stars in my own opinion.

Great selection of cakes and ice cream, prices are all fair. The girl was even nice enough to ask if I wanted her to write anything on the cake. I wasn’t even thinking of that but thankfully she asked! She wrote on the cake and I bought the candles right there with it!

I was there today 8/24/24 with 8 people @8:12pm I asked about getting carvelanch! The rude girl working said " hmm I just cleaned it if you want it to taste like clorax " I'm not making any. I replied really? It's only 8:12 she said hmm. Yeah so I walked out where my 8 people were meeting me and said forget it!!! I told the girl I was calling store to tell her boss she replied " yeah ok you have a good night" I said the same and she replied " Oh I will" I will never go back, I'll be calling owner in the am and I will tell everyone I know to stop going there. That was ridiculous. I drove up to Maureen's in nanticoke 10 minutes before closing and she made all if us what we wanted!!! From now on it Maureen's!!! Very disappointed costumer. Get new workers !!!

Would never order from this place again! I ordered online to pick up, i wanted my daughters name on the cake and they never spelled the name correctly instead of paizley they wrote pairley? i called and complained to the owner and her exact words were idk what to tell you. She complained about her workers which wasnt my problem i insisted i got 1/2 my money back and they supposedly said they couldnt find the slip from my cake! Never will i go there again!
