I feel like me and my family walked in to grab a bite right after the whole staff was told the place was closing and no one was getting paid. We tried to enter the bar, since we just wanted food and were not bowling. "$5 cover" was sternly uttered by a woman. Ok, I'm a musician, so I get it... bar can't cover the band fee on sales, or worse yet, the band agrees to play for the "door," so there is a cover-charge. So, I say, "Oh, can I just order the food and we will sit out in the bowling area?" Was told, "You can order at the snack bar in the bowling alley." So, I stand at the snack bar for about 7 minutes. No one is there. A cook comes out to get himself a soda, but purposely makes no eye-contact as to not engage! I return to the bar. "Hi again, no one is at the snack bar to take my order." Now the $5 cover woman says, "Are you standing in the right place?" I keep it polite. "Yes, ma'am." "Well," she says "the girl is probably in the bathroom." So, I return and eventually order. I return for drinks and a different girl is working. She just stares at me, ...ok, whatever, I say, "Hi. how are you?" Now she says, "Can I help you?" At this point, lets have some fun... I reply, "First, lets get past the How are you? question. "I'm fine, What would you like?" Oh well. Food didn't take too long. No forks, just spoons and knives. I didn't ask for fear of "$5 cover woman" leaving her post to reprimand me. Pizza was really greasy, but napkins got a lot off and it tasted fine. Boneless wings (I think 12 of them?) were like the last morsels of food left in a bag (Frozen chicken/fries/cereal etc...) where you probably should have tossed it out; but instead you cook it. The pieces were so small, it tasted like leather. We finish and leave noticing on the way out that the band still hadn't started. lol. All said, this place could not be less friendly to my family if they tried.

You Need To Know? Stopped by Chackos for dinner on a friday night at 6. We were able to sit anywhere since they had just opened for the evening. After sitting at the table we were informed that they will not do table service & you have to order your food & drinks up at the bar. Ordered Chackos Nachos, fries, pizza, meatball sub, & chicken bites. The food was excellent as it always is. Can never go wrong with any items on their menu. It was a bowling league night, so assuming that's why they wouldn't come to the table? Would have had more drinks if they came around. Now You Know!

Wish i could give this 0 stars but sadly i can't. As soon as we entered the family friendly bowling ally we were harassed by the employees and are lane was shut down for supposedly cat calling employees. In reality they were extremely obnoxious and not very friendly. The place was so outdated and filthy. The shoes reeked and they forced us to put them on in order to bowl. They were extremely rude to the children especially, shutting down the lane and then expecting them to just sit there and wait. They got mad at the children for walking around. For a supposedly family friendly place it was not so family friendly. I don't even recommended going without a family.

We came on a hot Sunday afternoon. The place was clean, bathrooms were clean and there is a little concession stand. There were bumpers available for the kids. Our family had a great time. Can't complain.

If I could give less stars a would (they deserve 0) My experience there was a complete nightmare. I went with my siblings over the weekend for good vibes and a few drinks while bowling. my experience was the complete opposite from the moment we waker in the door. These employees are racist and rude and entirely unprofessional. i have never went to someone's place of business and have been asked "why are you people here" "GTFO" "you shouldn't be here" amongst allllllll other things. We were even threatened to get shot at BY THE MANAGER. He said "YOU KNOW WE'RE FREE TO CARRY HERE RIGHT?!" I'm happy my siblings And I made it out alive. This "family business" is a complete terror IF you are a person of color!!!!! They didn't serve us food They didn't serve us drinks because my ID wouldn't scan (which is understandable) however I witnessed the bartenders GIVE ALCOHOL TO SOMEONE WITHOUT CARDING THEM AND ANOTHER WHOS FORM OF ID DID NOT SCAN! I'm still very shaken up and I can't believe this happened IN A BOWLING ALLEY. A PLACE OF BUSINESS! One lady was pushing me. Another talking to me as though I was incompetent. Another was cursing at me. All while I was simply asking them "why did the bartender give them drinks without scanning their ID but is making mine an issue" We can all figure out WHY. Black lives matter !
