Everything was great. Staff was very polite, order taken promptly, couldn’t ask for more from them. Food was good, waffles fries hot and crispy and sandwich was tasty. Nice and quiet in the dining room. Will definitely be back.

Entered before noon on a Thursday, ran by 3 staff members, haven’t had chick-fil-a since I graduated Kutztown University 6 years ago. The 12 nuggets and fries tasted exact as it did 6 years ago. A tad salty? Food was hot.
They have their own entrance the other entrance is students only for kings college.
This was the worst chick fil a restaurant I’ve ever visited. I should’ve known because it was completely empty when I arrived (which was weird because every chick fil a I’ve visited had lines going out the door and driveway of cars wrapped around the building) anyway so no greeting upon arrival. 1st time ever not hearing WELCOME TO CHICK DIL A. Then I proceeded to wait at the counter with no acknowledgment for about 5-8 minutes (no exaggeration). The guy had one order on the screen for Uber (I knew that because I was the Uber pick up person) & he never said a word to me. Actually acted like he didn’t care if I was there or not. Then after about 5-8 minutes, a nice young lady came from the back and helped me. She was very kind & helpful. But my hash browns were cold & hard. I didn’t even eat them. My chicken, egg, & cheese muffin was burnt. This store seriously needs to step in up poor service & nasty food smh. Now it totally makes sense that there was no one in the store or the drive thru for breakfast at this location & I will never go back to this location.

Really disappointed. Second time I've stopped by since it's opened. Got lunch today. My fries were cold. I didn't receive my sauces with my chicken. And even the receipt says u were giving me 3 ketchup. Which would've at least covered the lack of sauce. But you gave me two. Why is it so hard for anyone to be competent.
