SLOW so SLOW compared to my local Chic-Fil-As. We’ve been to this location twice on two separate trips through Wilkes-Barre both times they were extremely slow.. they seemed to have the same amount of business as my local CFAs… maybe they have less employees but our locations have people outside taking orders ALL day to speed up the process. Also, the employees at this location were not as friendly as other CFA locations. The food was ofc great and we received everything we ordered so still giving 3 stars. Customer Service & speed just isn’t there. Don’t go there expecting fast food.

Not really a review of the restaurant but their patrons. If you do not have a curbside order, do not park in the curbside spots. Countless times I’ve come for a curbside and there are no spaces left and the cars are empty. There’s an entire parking lot for eat in patrons. It won’t hurt you to park there!

Drive thru is constructed for two lanes but they only use one. Recommend having one lane dedicated to mobile orders only. This would show how much faster mobile ordering is.

Received wrong order. Attempted contact 3 times. Finally got a manager, Ada, but she was unable to provide me a refund without going back to store. Really disappointing and handled very poorly. I would not recommend.
