Chili's Grill & Bar

Waited 35 minutes and nobody ever came to even take our drink orders. People were coming in after us and getting their food before anyone even interacted with us. Three servers sitting down eating food while customers are waiting to even be acknowledged. Incredibly poor service and will most likely never come back. I don't even write surveys that often unless it was a terrible experience, and this experience is almost laughable.

Great food, great prices and great service

Went here for the free Veterans meal. If their purpose is to never have us return, they succeeded. Food was edible, but barely. Service was terrible. I literally watched the waitress go to the table next to mine 4 times before coming back to mine. My 3 year old wanted ice cream, so I asked for a dessert menu, even though she was trying to offer me the check. 20 minutes later she finally returned asking if I wanted dessert. I got the check and left. Wont make the mistake of going there again.

Burgers were great, juicy and tasty. Not too noisy. Nice quiet bar area.

Asiana really took good care of us! And the food was outstanding!

I only gave them a 2 star because the wine and the water was good. Service was terrible, each order was incorrect (yes, the waiter corrected it), I got my tables own silverware (waiter nowhere to be found), had to flag him down for refills, and the way the food was prepared was unacceptable (slimy chicken). Brought to managers attention and manager stated this has been an ongoing complaint! I guess no consequences...if you are a slacker and want to earn some cash...go work there. Don't rely on tips though. Won't go back...ever.

Great food my son didn't want to go because her thought it was spicy food then we said it was the name (Chili's) not the only type of food you can get there. While leaving he says "When can we come back. That was yummy."

Absolutely love the menu, food and drinks! I can never decide what i want to eat and its very hard for me to find a restaurant with numerous items on the menu I would like to try. Plus theres always a drink special! Great place to eat!!!

The chips where stale, the floor was pretty dirty and the wait time was too long. On top of that they brought us the sides that went with our meal about twenty minutes before the rest of the platter (and we had waited a long time before that) It's like they wanted us to think the food was ready to come out and for us not to get desperate.

My wife's steak was cooked perfectly the way she likes it, medium. I got the bacon cheeseburger well-done however it came out medium, I showed the waitress and ask her if this was well done. She told me no, well done burgers don't have any pink and she would get me a new one. Not only did she bring me a new burger that was cooked the way I liked it, she also brought me some more fries and she insisted that my wife take the medium one home because she mentioned to her earlier that's the way she likes them cooked.

The food was ehh, Nothing special. The staff was not being organized by management properly. Our server tried really hard but you could tell the rest of the operation wasn't. We went because we had gift cards but I doubt we will be back.

Service just ok. Waited a long time for dessert.

My family hasn't been here in over a year due to our last visit being unpleasant. While our waitress was very kind and did all she could to try to make our visit better, it wasn't enough.
