Food is ok but the chips are always stale. And I wouldn't mind if they were free but they arent

Usually it's pretty good, however the past couple times I've been going, they've been giving half spoon portions. I don't know if it's the new staff that come and go but something needs fixing.

Order two bowls on the app both with guacamole and extra chicken which cost more did not receive either but most certainly was charged for both. This is at least the second time this has happened. You shouldn't get charged extra for things you don't get.

Food was good, kitchen looked clean, but front of house was an absolute pig sty. Every table was filthy, as was the floor. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of themselves.

Waited in the lobby for nearly 40 minutes for my order after it said it was ready. The store is gross and dirty. The staff were young rude teenagers doing tiktok dances at the counter. Never ordering here again.

What happened to chipotle and their portion sizes? The girl serving was pitiful tonight!!! Im not asking you to over fill my plate but at least get the proportions right. My burrito had more rice than any other toppings I had asked for! I might as well just ordered rice and tortilla. They skimp out on their food and for what? It's restaurant.... We are paying for it...

Always out of key ingredients. Told me it would be a 10 minute wait. Been here for 20 minutes still standing in line. Forget about it.

Wow, what a terrible experience, had to wait over 20 minutes for them to cook chicken, line got so long and people kept complaining. They didn’t even work harder to get everyone their food. Awful experience.

Terrible at this location. No brown rice, no lemonade available. Staff was frazzled and I'll prepared for dinner "rush".

Every time I come to this place it’s like the whole staff is on lunch break at 12:00 ordering food likes it’s their first time at chipotle it’s insane.. dirty place.. horrible service.. needs a total revamp.. 20 bucks for a burrito with old guacamole.. chipotle has gone down hill

I ordered a salad with smoked brisket, black beans, green and the corn salsas, Veggies and white rice. $14 before tax and it’s only fair. The beans were not cooked enough and they are hard Which is a very unpleasant texture to eat. I’m a huge fan of brisket but am very disappointed. This was overcooked and are hard little square cubes. Lastly, the corn salsa is supposed to be spicy as is the green salsa and neither one of them really had much kick at all. Other chipotles stores have much more heat to these two salsas. the service was good and fast and courteous.
