No one was at the exit to make sure we all belonged together.
You have to go to the back of the line when people are coming in the door to order food. Should have a separate person taking food orders. If a person pays to use the trampoline park someone should be there at all times.
Always a fun time I just wish they would announce when Chuck E is coming out cause my son as well as other kids are terrified of him lol.
The staff were in service on 07/06/2025 were very rude. We came in 45mts before they close. Our child was having fun until they started turning the lights off at 8.45pm just because we were thr last ones there but it doesn't close until 9 o'clock so we just ignored it because we saw how happy our child was.
When we were done and head to the front desk we waited at the front desk for a while for any worker to come see what we need. no one showed up, then we called if any one can come and help my child to check the tickets in her card. Then one of them just yelled from faaar we're closed you can get it tomorrow. We said we're not from here, she replied go to any store then she left. No apologies, no respectful response. This is not how costumers should be treated. We never had any issues with chuck E CHeese before, in fact us and our big family members always enjoyed our time in different locations around the state and other states too.
They should be a shamed.

We had my daughter and sons birthday party here today and it was amazing! We hadnt been here before so I didn't know what to expect, but I was blown away with how simple the process was. Our party assistant Katie was awesome, telling me the plan, making sure we were all good, and a around amazing. Would definitely recommend kiddos to have their birthdays here, and we will definitely be back!

My kids had a blast.
Some pros: The value was great for time spent. The games are not overly expensive to play and for around $100 we played at least 2 -3 hours and the (2) kids jumped on the trampoline, ate lunch for 2 people and got ice cream which had a convenient placement for the kids.
The space was adequate and it was not overly crowded. Games were engaging and fun for our ages.
Some cons: Everytime the trampoline zone would empty with kids they would lock it back up and if my kids wanted to use we had to go find someone to reopen the trampoline and being kids they constantly want to go in and out of these things which meant I constantly had to go hunt down someone.
The food is really underwhelming for the price and quality.
The customer service was hit or miss: throughout our day we interacted with several members of the staff, some which were very pleasant and others who went out of their way, it seemed, to avoid the customer.
Ice cream machine was affordable and great value but only takes singles.

My experience was fun but terrible. The employee at the counter gave me 15 points, instead of 45 minutes. I went to the counter and asked for minutes, and gave me some. I then went to go see if I got my minutes, turns out, I only got 10 minutes. This happened again, and again. Only for today. I will be coming back, but I hope it's better.

My kids had fun, service could’ve been better. We had ordered a pizza, we waited a good 30 minutes to then ask how much longer for it, then waited another 30 minutes & checked again just for the manager to notify us that it wasn’t even started. It was my 8 year olds birthday & she only wanted her pizza. We ended up getting a refund & left.

It's great for the kids, and that's what it's all about. Otherwise, it's really loud. The pizza is not good. The birthday cake and ice cream were ok. It was my granddaughter birthday party so it was great

The trampoline zone is a waste of money. While we appreciated their concern and attempt to keep kids safe, they don't disclose one kid per square at a time which kind of sucks the fun out of it for siblings and close friends as it prevents them from engaging. The safety aspect we get because Urban Air and other places with trampolines are out of control and completely unacceptable but there has to be a balance. The place was pretty clean and most of the games were in working order. Staff were pretty friendly and understanding when we asked for a refund for the trampoline zone. Some of the games were kind of pointless and had zero engagement time and literally a waste of one sad "ticket". Food deals were a little pricey for the quality and taste. We wished there was a little more variety for the total price costing us about $120 for three young kids to play and eat pizza.
