My kids had fun, service could’ve been better. We had ordered a pizza, we waited a good 30 minutes to then ask how much longer for it, then waited another 30 minutes & checked again just for the manager to notify us that it wasn’t even started. It was my 8 year olds birthday & she only wanted her pizza. We ended up getting a refund & left.

It's great for the kids, and that's what it's all about. Otherwise, it's really loud. The pizza is not good. The birthday cake and ice cream were ok. It was my granddaughter birthday party so it was great

The trampoline zone is a waste of money. While we appreciated their concern and attempt to keep kids safe, they don't disclose one kid per square at a time which kind of sucks the fun out of it for siblings and close friends as it prevents them from engaging. The safety aspect we get because Urban Air and other places with trampolines are out of control and completely unacceptable but there has to be a balance. The place was pretty clean and most of the games were in working order. Staff were pretty friendly and understanding when we asked for a refund for the trampoline zone. Some of the games were kind of pointless and had zero engagement time and literally a waste of one sad "ticket". Food deals were a little pricey for the quality and taste. We wished there was a little more variety for the total price costing us about $120 for three young kids to play and eat pizza.

This place sucks the games are mostly gambling for kids not actually fun games. Waste of $ won't go again.

The staff was so unfriendly and terrible with the kids. No excitement like it used to be. The staff barely smiled. If you work here you should be excited and enthusiastic. The kids come here for that excitement.

This Chuck E. Cheese’s OK except on the weekends it is overcrowded with people that just stand in your way but worst of this trip was my autistic disabled daughter who is seven got scared of Chucky seeing him the first time and screamed and we were getting ready to leave and Chuckie just kept coming towards us like what is wrong with you she is disabled. Sorry but she is a child and I did everything in my control and power to leave The situation before anything else happened. Chuck E. Cheese should have a class on disable people.
Kid-friendliness: Have kindness and awareness and understanding for the children that have speech and disabled and other problems who are not like everyone else and don’t know or understand what they’re doing.

Good food and a great place for the kids to enjoy themselves. Kids are running around playing, so it's noisy, but that's expected.

I went to a birthday party on a Sunday and the girl in charge of birthday party was very rude . Her name is "Yammi" she was treating us with an attitude to us the guest , the party owner and even another party next to us . I don't know if she was having a bad day because also while waiting on the front to buy a cup (waited 10 minutes because the staff just disappeared from the front.) I experienced a couple that was waiting also at the front and she literally told them "She only works in birthday party and if they were not there for a birthday party they had to wait" mind you we were waiting for about 10 mins (& if you work for the company at least let your co-workers know there is people in the front waiting ) I think she was having a bad day , but that was not our issue . My son which is autistic was in the birthday area and she really told us we have to leave because some one else is coming and reserved the area. MY SON IS NON -VERBAL and don't understand and I couldn't keep him away from the birthday lights on the floor which that was what he was after . AGAIN VERY RUDE , I don't think I'm returning to this place again or even recommending for a birthday party .

Great, Chuck E Cheese location, very clean, with friendly staff. The manager made sure that Chucky came out to dance and meet the children. Good to see that people take pride in their jobs. When I return to the area, I will definitely return to this location.

Waited 10 minutes just to get in the door (no line, just no employees working). One employee saw us and ignored us. Later I needed to redeem some points and the employees were just chatting with each other in the kitchen, not concerned one bit with serving customers. We're traveling around to different Chuck-E-Cheese's and this is by far the worst location we've been to. Tables were dirty and customers ignored while the employees played social hour with each other.
