Realistically, don’t want to leave a review here for this location, but this is the location I always go to and they were having trouble yesterday with their rewards and come to find out. I went through account history and it’s been happening often and there’s nothing Cinnabon could do about it cause you only get 72 hours even if you have proof of receipt so I will not be giving One Star, which I should.. Manager is really great here. I’m going to tell him about it next time I go there and I’m pretty sure he well, give me a cinnamon bun because they won’t give me my 200 points so make sure you check your account every time you make a purchase and you have 72 hours for them to fix it. -1 one star for Cinnabon corporation. But all in all always great service here.
Stopped by Sunday and requested if i could get two with no icing. I was told yes, but i need to pay for them before they come out of the oven. Also, two are $9.40. Thanked him was said no possible way!

The older woman behind the counter was rude and ignorant. Very unprofessional. I think she was the manager. I wonder if she treats her employees as bad as her customers???

Great managers great employees!!! Always kind and fast to take your order I definitely recommend stopping off at cinnabon when your at the mall you won't regret it food and drinks are great employees are fantastic!
I ordered a coffee and a cinnamon bun. The woman at the counter gave me the coffee and then went back to work. I stood and waited for cinnamon bun while three people behind the counter ignored me. The young woman who rang me up turned to her male coworker and said"This guys just been standing here and it's creepy me out!" I could not believe the audacity! To be treated like a creep because of their poor service. He angrily asked me what I needed help with and I told him I want the cinnamon bun I ordered ten minutes ago. Incredibly unprofessional behavior from all the people working there.
