Today I tried the chicken over rice with white sauce and it was delicious. I will definitely order this again. It’s pretty close to the NYC street vendors which are the best.

They should have given more meat, it was dry. None of the food was tasty. Very disappointed, total waste of the money. Gotta up the game coz competition is fierce. Was embarrassed in front of my guess who came outta state. I ordered chicken philly but they ended up sending 2 same orders

The other Crown Chicken in WB would always have chicken ready. You'd come in, order and go. With the Hanover Twp location, 9 times out of 10 in my visit experience, the chicken is never ready and always a 10-15 minute wait. Note to Crown....KFC just down the street and they always have chicken ready. The Crown experience makes difficult for last minute choices.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. was told food would be ready in 10-15mins i waited 45mins while at work on lunch which is 30mins and they didn’t even want to come out the back…they called me a hr after i already left saying my food was ready

Guy who waited on us was very nice. Food was delicious and the smell in there, oh my God was I in heaven! Almost better than sex!

Tried to order food from 3 different locations at 11:30 p.m and Google says all 3 locations are open until atleast 3 a.m and not one of them will answer the phone. I find this very odd.

I didn’t even get a chance to order and I was just about to leave there was young lady waiting to order or waiting for her food as we was about to leave bec the guy was taking to long a mouse drop from ceiling or wherever onto the deep freezer omg I left and told customer waiting don’t eat it get a refund if u paid this was my first time at this location never again.

this place is filthy and a heath inspector needs to be called. i went there last monday to get dinner for me my husband and my kids, we didn’t wait long for the food but while i was there my son needed to go to the bathroom so i took him in the bathroom and there was a roach on the bathroom floor!!!! as we got out i noticed nobody in the kitchen was wearing hair nets or gloves while handling the food. when i was handed my food the worker was very snarky and rude because i had a 100 bill. after that i went home and went to eat my food and the chicken was undercooked and the rice was still hard?? how is this establishment still up for business?!?!

Ordered here Saturday and my order was missing a dessert, and the other dessert was moldy. I called and was told I'd receive a refund, but it's been 2 days and no refund had been processed. Sad I'll never eat here again but I cannot stand this disregard for a regular customer. Definitely going there in person for my money back. Never taking this photo down though. Could have kept it to myself if they made it up to me, but I guess they figured I wouldn't call them on it. WRONG nobody should get food like this and have to pay for it. Can't wait to see who takes your place when you're out of business, because you know the health inspector is coming when they see this.

Popcorn chicken looked like little meat balls so over cooked.Really really bad.Other chicken fingers etc over cooked.1st and last meal from there.

Coming from work ordered food.
They told me 5 minutes. I got there 30 minutes, and he's telling me he's just getting the food ready. I have an Uber waiting for me outside. Charging me extra when I make sure I took the Uber a little bit late so by the time I get there I could get my food and get out. And won't be charged extra. I got charged extra money, and my food still wasn't ready. I got out of there. Don't waste your time. If you're taking an Uber to there.

My one and only problem here is the food is soooo super spicy. So we always ask for one not to be spicy, and it's spicier. If it wasn't so spicy I would be here everyday!
