I absolutely love their chocolate angel donuts when available. The other donuts are good and always fresh. A dozen of donuts is still very reasonable. The staff is always very friendly. The shop is the original that I remember as a kid but clean.

I stopped in to buy some chocolate glazed donuts to smoke on our Big Green Egg for a local demo. The woman who was working the counter was so amazing. By herself she handled everything like a pro. I go into the chain and wait for one of five people to even make eye contact. The donuts didn’t need any help, they were great before we added brandy barrel smoke.

Spoke with a woman claiming to be the owner regarding the POOR QUALITY of the baked goods I purchased today at the Pennsylvania Avenue location.I've had the product before therefore, I am familiar with the texture, flavor and how the product is made and its consistancy. Now, I understand these are hard times and the Wilkes-Barre area business owners may not be doing well. But to be hung up on because you expressed your dissatisfaction of a DONUT is very concerning. Your business is in our neighborhood and you dare to treat your customers with such disrespect as if we need you. YOU NEED US!!! I will spread the word about your business distasteful culture to all nearby businesses, and agencies... YOU ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL and do not deserve to serve our community. You deserve ZERO STARS!!!

Love these little coffee shops. They have fresh muffins and bagels and offer seasonal donuts occasionally. Their coffee is weak and tastes different every time, but I won't take any stars off because because the donuts are always fresh. If you grab a L or XL coffee at most locations you get a free donut.
