I love there food but he workers and delivery are really the problem they have nasty attitudes when you call to check on your order and the delivery takes way too long and my food comes cold .

I recently visited this local restaurant after being drawn in by their appealing Instagram and Facebook pages, eager to support a local business. Upon being seated, our drink orders were taken promptly by the waitress. However, when the drinks arrived, we discovered a fly in my son’s cup. When we noticed , I was looking to locate the waitress, she was unavailable for an extended period.
Approximately 20-25 minutes later, our meals were delivered—for my husband and myself—but my son’s entrée was missing entirely. I immediately informed the waitress, who relayed the issue to the kitchen. Shortly after, our original server returned, apologizing for the oversight and explaining that she had stepped out for a break. She suggested we begin eating without my son, but we preferred to wait until everyone was served.
My son had ordered salmon with white rice. About 10 minutes later, his dish arrived, but the salmon was undercooked and raw in the center. At this point, with my son was hungry and now sharing my husband’s meal, I requested that the dish be removed and asked for our check.
In the interim, another staff member inquired about our experience. When I, explained the series of issues, her demeanor shifted noticeably; rather than offering an apology, she became defensive, interrupting me and showing reluctance to address our concerns. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope the establishment takes steps to improve service and quality control for future patrons. Do better!

Casa Blanca restaurant is a taste of Mexico in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. The whole fish Red Snapper baked or fried in a variety of what I describe as Caribbean sauces of your choice and rice is the best I have ever had. I truly have been back dine in and take out for variations of that Red Snapper dish. There are many surprises on the large menu including tasty goat. I would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Blanca in Wilkes Barre to all.

they got roaches and a young woman lost her life here and the business don't wanna respect her family. allowed a random person to record it and post it on social media. not a safe location

I had the best experience, food and drinks were awesome. Nancy was was the best the host she took care of all of my needs and the food was delicious.

The food was excellent, had the lobster Alfredo. Would have deducted half a star for the preparation of the lobster because it was slightly over cooked but the staff made up for it so 5 stars all the way.
