I went yesterday March 29,2024 at 5:20 pm with my son and girlfriend it was a Great experience. We chose one of the igloos it was really comfy and beautiful. The waitresses and bartenders were attentive and we really felt Welcome. We will be going back! 100% recommended! ❣️We loved everything; The waitresses are very attentive, happy, helpful and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is excellent, the food is delicious and the place is very nice.We recommend it 100%.

They are very dishonest, when I arrived I asked how they didn't tell me about the menu. The fact is that I ordered chicken with rice and sweet plantains and when they gave me the bill they charged me for the menu and the sweet plantains separately and the person who was with me ordered something similar and also told him They charged for two things separately, meaning they charged for the menu twice. The juice is too sweet and the portions are small. I do not recommend it because they are dishonest and take advantage of customers. I didn't say anything to the waitress but it wasn't pleasant, don't play with people like that.

First time visiting the restaurant, the food was very good, the service and the staff were good and friendly. I booked the Igloo. I thought it was quieter. The atmosphere didn't really please me since there were too many people up and down, talking loudly and even swearing. There were like 5 children around jumping and running. Some of them stuck to the Igloo while watching us eat. It was really uncomfortable to spend a night with the family. In fact, I was crazy to leave. If I recommend it in terms of the food, not the atmosphere, they should be more aware of the surroundings if they eat at the Igloo, apart from the fact that they charge you 20.00 dollars to eat there extra and the atmosphere is not the best, very nice and everything, but I think they should have a staff. Prohibit exit through that door or to the balcony so that the evening is calmer. If they have the Iglus concept outside
