I was downtown for Veterans Day Parade Dunkin Donut app said open until 2:00. Door was locked at 1:30 I was told they were closed because there were people in line and it would take til 2 to wait on them. There was about 5 people in line. I knocked on the door 10 minutes later and I said I only want a coffee.I also told them I would be paying by my app. The girl at the door was not even a worker just a customer. I would have liked to speak to a manager but the same girl just kept coming to the door ever time someone tried to go in. They should have honored their 2:00 closing. Very disappointed in customer relations for Dunkin Donuts. I will not go to that Dunkin Donuts again.

My son just left a very serious Dr appt and was so looking forward to dd. We ordered through the app and he went in for the order, mistakenly leaving partial order behind. We were in a slight hurry since I had to get to work. He kindly apologized and stated he only took partial order. Employee snapped and him and said what was the order and then, said that's why we put orders there!!!! My son and I work in customer service. Please don't treat customers as though they're beneath you. You never know what people are dealing with. We were there approximately 9-9:15;a m. Please make your staff aware there are people who would love that job..it seems your employee doesn't.

Don't come here. I ordered a Vanilla Frosted donut signature iced latte, and got a regular iced coffee. The attitude that the middle aged lady working had was also sour, as if she stopped caring. I walked back to get my order done wrong, and she sighed loudly. Promptly, I walked right out after getting that reaction.

Had a interview instead of reaching out letting someone know they hired or not I get ghosted then when I call never there god had better plans I just wanted to work down the street from home I never brought nothing here so my review is not about the food never brought anything at this location because I'm new to the area of living in Wilkes Barre

I gave the guy at the counter my order and he mixed up the donuts forgot to place my drink the hashbrowns were old and crunchy they put green tea instead of lemonade for my other drink and I asked for lemonade like 5 times to make sure they heard me properly
