Coffee was pretty good, however, the employee behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. I asked to use the restroom and he said the bathrooms aren’t for public use. There was no signs stating this on men’s room door, just had men’s room door locked. I asked if he could make an exception for me and he rolled his eyes and repeated the restrooms were not for the public. I won’t be back.

Gross, tons of people in line. You can see the stress in the employees eyes they couldn’t catch up with the amount of orders. My coffee tastes like cough syrup, and my FROZEN chocolate was not even frozen, half a cup at least filled with whip cream.

The only worker in the store this morning was the manager, he was slammed. He did his very best to get customers out the door. Unfortunately, many had left to catch the bus for work. I stood in line for 20 minutes for a coffee. Not the normal for this Dunkin, usually your in a out in a jiffy. I'm sure they'll be on track tomorrow.

The staff is friendly, and they're quick.... but the drinks are so inconsistent. I usually order simple things, and what I get might as well be a Russian roulette game of whatever.For example, I ordered a small matcha latte with a single pump of vanilla. I got some sort of bitter coffee sludge water. I wish I could say this was the only time, but I've tried this place multiple times and it's more surprising when my order is correct.As someone who can't drink coffee, I would hope I could rely on Dunkin for their non-coffee drinks but apparently not. I'm tired of paying 5 dollars for a small tea and getting some concoction of coffee and god knows what else. I won't be back.

I went to this Dunkin' donuts today Monday January 16th 2023 and the time was 8: 48 I am Muslim and I asked for a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissants she put my turkey sausage in with pork bacon and said that's the way that they supposed to do it and then she said I should have told her I was Muslim I had the whole headpiece and everything going she said some people just wear that just to be wearing that I'm not one of them people I used to work at Dunkin' donuts a while ago and we were never allowed to put turkey bacon in with pork bacon that wasn't allowed very unprofessional and I guess she was the manager she was a white short heavy set lady

It states it opens at 6am it’s 605 am and they haven’t open the door and I knock to just see how long due to a mobile order I just place and they see me and ignored me but stared right at me. I don’t know how Dunkin’s would run this way when they make the most business compare to Starbucks and curry donuts but I guess never go to the square for a morning brew. I’m going to have to apply and show these people how to open and prep before 6 am and handle rush hours cause I just read some of the reviews and they need someone with management experienceParking: It was easy to find
