I went in through the drive-thru like regular for latte mocha, get to the window they proceed to tell me the reason why my drink doesn't look right is the milk is extra white today. No of course they could have just said I'm sorry I made your order wrong but instead they blatantly tried to say that it is correct when I have given them the instructions on the side, incredible never in my life have I had anybody tell me the milk is really white today milk is supposed to be white if I can give it zero stars and minus review I absolutely would I'm absolutely dissatisfied with the service this place is now giving they used to be the best dunkin' donuts in Lutheran county they are now the worst this is two days in a row they cannot even get an order right if you can't read English if you cannot understand your orders that falls on management you lost me as a customer for life.

We ordered two coffees and four of the glazed munchkins. Everything tasted lovely however the atmosphere was not good. The young staff that served me were extremely good and extremely courteous, however there was an older lady, probably a supervisor, just yelling instructions at the staff, she was very audible and we just decided to leave. There was no need for much of this and it just led us to leave.

I love this Dunkin Out of all the Dunkins in my area, this is the only one I really go to. My drinks are always on point. The ladies there are so friendly. The manager is awesome. It’s just overall a wonderful experience.

Just moments ago, I was in the drive through behind a car ready to order. The lady sat there for a little bit and after a few moments I heard her ask “are you ready for my order?” The worker replied with a snarky response “I told you I’d be with you in a moment”! The customer replied with I’m sorry I didn’t hear you. Then when she pulled up to the window I heard the customer say “I’m not sure who was just ignorant to me but it was rude and you should learn some customer service lessons”. The employee ( I think the manager) replied with “LESSONS??!” Get out of my drive thru!
This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed how incredibly ignorant the staff at this location is. Corporate/ management need to teach their staff respect and customer service skills. Very sad! I’m sure they lost that customer and I know they lost me now. I’ll go elsewhere where people are friendly and kind.

I walk in, there's about 56 people, no one greets me. I stand there and I'm waiting. I waited about 3 to 4 minutes. No one asked me how may I help you.. They all were serving the drive through. Never will I go in there again very disappointed.

I am so tired of NOT getting what I ask or pay for. I'm done with Dunkin donuts! DONE! I asked for 2 hot coffee with extra cream only. I got 2 severely burnt coffees with 1 drop of cream in them. Another 6+ dollars in the trash again. If I add up how much money I threw away from sunk n donuts, I'd have about 1000 bucks. It's disgusting how most of the employees work and treat the customers. This generation has no work ethic. Customer service has gone down the toilet. I'm fed up. This is my first review ever and I'm sure my one little review won't change a thing either. Crazy disappointed. DD will never do better because they don't care.

Only Dunkin which still allows dine-in service, ordered avocado toast, water, and hash browns, it wasn't really busy but it took a long time to get served. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a grab and go. Decided to grab their ham and cheese slider on a pretzel bun , it's absolutely fantastic. It's got a little bit of barbecue sauce on it and it's just wow. Definitely a hit. You must try. Just sorry I only got 2 lol
