I am so tired of NOT getting what I ask or pay for. I'm done with Dunkin donuts! DONE! I asked for 2 hot coffee with extra cream only. I got 2 severely burnt coffees with 1 drop of cream in them. Another 6+ dollars in the trash again. If I add up how much money I threw away from sunk n donuts, I'd have about 1000 bucks. It's disgusting how most of the employees work and treat the customers. This generation has no work ethic. Customer service has gone down the toilet. I'm fed up. This is my first review ever and I'm sure my one little review won't change a thing either. Crazy disappointed. DD will never do better because they don't care.

It was a grab and go. Decided to grab their ham and cheese slider on a pretzel bun , it's absolutely fantastic. It's got a little bit of barbecue sauce on it and it's just wow. Definitely a hit. You must try. Just sorry I only got 2 lol

One of the women who works in here stole $10 from me this morning. In hindsight it is obviously a scam she is comfortable with and in hindsight is was obvious the other women working there knew what she was doing. I didn't count my change right then because I trusted she was capable of doing her job. Just beware.

I’d give zero stars if I could . I drink the same coffee everyday so when it’s not right I know just by looking at it but I always taste it . I wasn’t rude they refused to remake it said a manager made it and that it was right … ended up giving me a refund and I went to one up the street and they made it perfect the first time ! Thank you for the experience I wouldn’t go back there.

The place on rt 315 near Mohegan Pennsylvania told me that they don't sell their dark roast, Midnight in XL. When in fact I have gotten it there many times. Whatever. You never know if they'll get the order right. It's a crap shoot.
