Dunkin'

Everyone in there was smiling and super friendly. The lady at the counter was very thorough going thru our order so we got what we wanted. Thank u.

This isn't the worst Dunkin in the area, but it's definitely not the best one. Iced coffees are made right about 70% of the time, hot coffee is right almost every time.

I gave up on getting matcha here. Paying over $5 for a drink that tastes nothing like what I ordered got old quick.

Food is usually right, if they ever give it to you. Constantly missing items from orders or having cold food. They might even park you at the end of the drive thru, making it harder for everyone else to see/drive around you. Don't worry, you'll only be there for 10 minutes until you decide to go inside and find out they forgot about you.

I'll update my review if the service improves in the future.

I ordered an ice chai latte. I get them 3-4 times a week. It had black coffee in it. I had to turn around and drive back.

These people are the shot! Fr, I've been there atleast 15 times and everything I go ots like there from some other country that isn't being led to poverty by a bunch of old guys that are already rich and vo I ld care less about us but hey, I'm just gonna sip on the yum yum gimme some coffee from dunkin

District manager is trash. Wouldn't make my drink the way I wanted it. But I had already converted my points so I had to buy it.. updated with a picture of how I like my latte, every other dunkin makes it the way I like...MADE WITH CREAM

I have been to a myriad of Dunkin’s across the country and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I have never felt so unwelcomed in my life. Cashier (skinny short blonde) is not adept for customer service whatsoever. She should be either re-trained or moved to a different position. Certainly any other employee could do much better…
