Every time I go to this Dunkin they mess my drink up every time. I will never go to this dunkin ever again.

I have been to a myriad of Dunkin’s across the country and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I have never felt so unwelcomed in my life. Cashier (skinny short blonde) is not adept for customer service whatsoever. She should be either re-trained or moved to a different position. Certainly any other employee could do much better…

The manager really made me pay 37 cents for a squirt of whipped cream because his employees made my drink wrong.

I ordered a med coffee extra cream no sugar. I was given my coffee with cream and sugar. I asked if they could redo without sugar. Lady switched the drink into another cup and said here you go no sugar. Can’t make this stuff up horrible.

This joint is super busy and for good reason. They're awesome! Even when the drive thru is wrapped around the building, the line keeps moving. I wish I could give extra star for all the cape wearing employees who move at startling speed.

Ordered loaded tots and got tots with cheese and a slice of bacon on top not even bacon pieces. Took forever and they didn't have anything, no croissant, only 3 begals. Horrible experience...

Not only did I place a mobile order way before I arrived, when I got there I still waited 10 .minutes, my hash browns were not in the bag and my sandwich was BURNT. Never willing ever go there on a Sunday. During the weekday I never have a problem like this.

Never in my life did I have such an awful experience I asked for 12 dozen donuts with icing & sprinkles. Not a single donut had icing & sprinkles in fact not only did I not get the donuts I wanted but they managed to pick all the donuts I don't eat! Witch is hard because I love donuts and there are few I won't eat . I am adding a photo also to show the absolute atrocious choice in donuts I received . I know they are just donuts but this is not ok !
