WORST experience! I made a mobile order at 10:46am. I JUST received my order at 11:06am. While I stood there the employees were making drinks to those who walked in as well as those in the drive thru. I don’t understand how there is only one employee in charge of drinks for the entire dunkin while there were literally 6 employees total behind the calendar including him. He looked overwhelmed to say the least. I expected my mobile order to be made timely as it usually is. But standing there for 15 minutes is absurd. Do better, Wilkes Barre Dunkin.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN LOCATION. THEY HAVE ABOUT TWO COMPETENT EMPLOYEES THAT WORK HERE. THE REST ARE IGNORANT, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SO RUDE. THEY WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU DISGUSTING FOOD AND MAKE THE DRINKS WRONG.

I only go to this Dunkin out of convince. I obviously never learn my lesson. Not sure how you can mess up an order every single time. But these incompetent employees & higher ups manage to do so. This location shouldn't be in business. & don't even bother calling customer service to file any type of complaint, the district manager of this location will lie & claim she spoke to you.

Used my app for two iced latte at 830PM. The lady said oh we shut the machines down only iced coffee and we already paid for the order. Who seriously shuts the machines down 30 minutes before closing. No common courteousy or anything! Ridiculous. Shame on this store!

Tried to order 3 small machiato's and a half dozen donuts and their answer at the drive thru is you have to come inside and order inside. Plus really unprofessional manner of speaking. Overall horrible customer service

So thankfully, my experience of being a customer was pleasant until I watched one employee ridicule another for making a mistake as she was trying to fix my order. It throws the whole atmosphere off. It makes me not want to return. The one who was being picked on essentially had red hair with glasses. I didn’t get to catch her name, but I hope that she has a good day and doesn’t get discouraged to work there because of one senseless person.

I ordered a holiday cookie iced signature latte and toast with avocado and bacon. The drink was nasty. And the avocado toast had almost no bacon on it as if I didn’t have to pay extra $1.10 for it. Now I know the drink is good because I usually go to kidder street. But I was closer to 315 dunkin. I made the wrong decision. I payed for the order. Never got my change back or receipt. Then when I came back to say something about the toast. I was wrong. But then said she can fix it. Then gives me a bag with a tad bit of bacon in it. I wish I took a picture of when the extra was put on but it was still pathetic compared to the other dunkin spots around here. And what really grinds my gears is that I ordered a large drink and they gave me a straw that only fit in a small or medium cup. So it was a major inconvenience that every time I wanted to drink my coffee, the straw was sunk into low. Stay away from this spot if you wanna save your money and time.

Has to be called out. There are no excuses. Extremely dirty. Music so loud cannot sit to enjoy a coffee, but then who wants to sit to see how unkept and dirty it is.

The manger is very rude and nasty I ordered food yesterday late to work and I came back in the morning he telling me I was supposed to call to say I didn’t have it when I paid my money !! I come here every morning it’s about 3 ladies I like that man is don’t need to be a manager

Only stopped at this one three times and every single time they say the ovens are down. I know for a facts it’s just because they don’t want to make food because it takes a little more labor than stirring a coffee

2nd time in two days at two separate times had the worst experience from service to my order. Morning woman is rude 4:30 am and gave me a hot cup of water with milk no coffee 10/4/24 then on 10/2/24 at 9 am was told to go park in the lot to wait for my coffee because they were overwhelmed waiting an additional 5 minutes for a coffee in the already packed lot ! The sandwich was a complete disaster and ended up in the trash.
They should do better .

Very poor choice of donuts. It was still early and almost out of donuts. Coffee weak and even though AARP says senior discount they don't give one. I find none of the Duncan donuts do.
