Incredible food but terrible service and the worst part and reason I’m leaving this review is the noise was so loud I had to leave with my girlfriend who also had to leave due to the noise and go down the road to another restaurant. My ears were ringing afterwards from the loud volume in there. I’ve been here before once and it was great, but I won’t be returning because it’s so damn loud and don’t want to damage my hearing. Loudest restaurant I’ve even been to.
As a couple of foodies, we have a journal full of places we have been and places we can’t wait to try. It was a gorgeous September day for a motorcycle ride so we closed our eyes and pointed on our list and landed on Franklins. The place was jamming when we arrived but we were quickly greeted by the bartender, Matt. As a bartender myself, I appreciate the hustle! It’s an art to be able to handle the needs of an entire bar and tables efficiently and to do it with sincerity....
We had lunch at Franklin‘s this past Sunday. Our son is at a local college and we have been going around trying different restaurants. So far this has been our absolute best experience. We sat at the bar and Matthew the bartender made us feel welcome right away. Our food was hot and delicious. I got a chicken buffalo wrap and my husband got a special that day, a chicken cutlet sandwich with provolone and homemade vodka sauce, I highly recommend this restaurant. The vibe is cool....
