The clubs pretty chill, I just gave it 2 stars because May 4th I was drugged which caused me a heart attack and I had to get open heart surgery. The club isn’t to blame I just recommend serving new drinks in new cups, I loved the music and the staff so it’s not their fault that some asshole was on the prowl. I’ve gone back a handful of times and I still will just raising awareness to EVERYONE JUST BE CAREFUL!

I went in alone and nervous because it was my 1st time out in over a decade but place was really nice and welcoming I just need to visit with friends. I've heard great comments about their shows. I didn't have the best experience only because "I wasn't ready" but it's definitely worth going to again.

If you’re looking for great drinks, bar staff and music, then you’re coming to the right place! They have extremely fun drag shows that I’m lucky to be a part of and give the biggest “home bar” type of feeling. If you’re looking for a place to sit at the bar with great people and have a drink or even go out on the dance floor and dance it up, this is definitely the place for you!
Many years ago I used to live here and HEAT took me in with open arms. They honestly feel like a second family to me. I moved away for about 8-9 years and now I am back! It feels like I never left this place every time I step through the door.

I’ve been coming to heat for almost a year now and my experiences have been nothing but pleasant. I’ve had multiple food items, including pizza. The pizza was HUGE for the price and very delicious. The bar staff is always welcoming when you come in as well as the patrons. I love coming here to support the local drag scene. Keep up the amazing work ❤️

This was my first time at a bar after turning 21 and the atmosphere here is amazing! Everyone is super respectful and it’s an awesome queer space. Saw the Lady Gaga show and it was top tier!!

Door Cover varies each event between $7~8(local), $15(Ru Paul’s drag race event).Brutal honesty is what I do, the low down: been going here for 3 years now, seems to be the one of the four “gay friendly” clubs/bars in the Wilkes barre-Scranton valley. Lovely staff, great time each time, diverse age range, and plenty of dancers tearing up the floor. The past couple of years there seems to be a influx of college girls with their cis male companions (specifically) that don’t make it exclusively a “gay club full of men” but that’s because there’s local colleges up the block and adds diversity for a change. There is a little outdoor patio to smoke/ vape and get out of the blaring atmosphere of the club.The bathrooms are sort of gender neutral don’t get surprised when a cis male enters the “women’s bathroom”. That’s normal.Strictly have dance music, EDM and pop, rarely Hiphop/ rap music come on. Same owner as The Mines.

Their around 60yrs and own or work for a club in Wilkes-Barre and asked me about being a manager. They wanted to be friends and I just wanted to find them and thank them for being my day. Great place and the bartender rob is super cool and great at his job I never seen a bartender move so smoothly between so many customers without getting flustered!! And he is super cute ;)
