People renting from Collen Burns all complained on Facebook and were thrown out due to dangerous code violations that Burns' wouldn't fix. 10 families in Plymouth and a big house on 199 West River St Wilkes-Barre. Bad. With a Capitol "B". Lawsuits with a capital "L".

Food is delicious! Two major problems, however. One, place wasnt busy and we waited forever for our food. Turns out the waitress never placed the order. We are on limited time so this was a major setback to our time frame. Two, order did not come out right. Ordered 2 crab cakes and only received one. Potato was wrong. Veggies was wrong. Again no time to wait for fix. Long wait for drinks from bar. Food is great, but beware for slow and mediocre service.

Don't do it. Empty at 7pm on a Saturday night. Clam chowder was so salty I couldn't finish it. Broiled haddock was sitting in liquid. Zucchini cubes were boiled in beer? Bread and twice baked potato were right from the supermarket freezer. The place smelled like a cheap hotel. Bleak. The fries were the highlight of my meal, and they were not fresh cut. Menu in the pics was not the menu we got. Asked if we wanted soup or salad with our meal and then charged us $4 for our choice.

I only gave a one-star because it's the only way I can leave a review. It was absolutely the worst experience ever! The food was terrible the service was terrible everything about that place was terrible. I have always heard good things about it I don't know what place these people were talking about. Do not waste your time going there. You have a better experience at Crown Fried Chicken. Definitely better food. Total waste of money and time! They should be ashamed of themselves

We visited hottles this evening for their lobster dinner. It was the best lobster I had in a long time! Seeet and cooked to perfection! Also the clam chowder was delicious. For dessert we had cheese cake, now some cheesecakes aren’t that great, but this was light and creamy served with raspberry sauce , just great. Service was good also. We will definitely be back for more!!!
Don't know what Hottle's everyone else went to and reviewed but this place sucks. Service was ridiculously slow and no, they weren't busy. Waited like 30 minutes for two dozen clams that still weren't done so I asked for our salads (which was the best part of our meal), got a dozen and waited another ten minutes for the second one. Meals came out, my husband ordered the surf and turf, steak didn't even look like a filet and wasn't cooked right .Baked potatoe was like it was sitting for hours under a lamp, couldn't eat it. I ordered what was supposed to be shrimp Alfredo .Alfredo sauce was watery and disgusting tasting. We will never come back here again.

I don’t know what’s going on with Hottles and neither do the waitresses. Took 2 hours to get dinner and the place was not busy two entrees were way over cooked orders were wrong. 2 people left before getting dinner because they couldn’t wait and longer incredibly disappointed.
