I paid a visit to every single diner in our area. By far, this Ihop has surprised me the most. We all think that Mom and Pop diner have a much better chance of having greater food and service, but this franchised IHOP, which is specifically at this location, has great quality of food and is very clean at all time. I discovered that because the owner actually does personally be there.Take care of every aspect of it quality. Some of the waiter and waitresses can use a little more training, but they are already working on improving this area. Everyone should give this place a chance to prove that they are, as good as mom and pop places, if not better. Unlike any other stereotypical franchises, they are very accommodating, and they're always willing to listen to the customer. One more added note They're actual food, and pictures on the menu are pretty close, unlike all other franchises, which have fancy pictures, but actual serving are extremely off from pictures in the menu.

This was a complete turn around from the experience we had when this restaurant opened years ago. The food today was hot and delicious with freshly brewed coffee. Our server was attentive and we will definitely be back!

Called just before closing to order a stack of the maple bacon pancakes of the month to go. The guy at the store said sure np..I was then asked if I wanted to add a side, or drink like an OJ. I said no thanks. After I said no the tone of the conversation changed. The manager on the phone then said oh I'm sorry I just realized we are closing soon and can't take your order.
What a bunch of crap.
2 days left in the month to get the maple bacon. Does not look like that is going to happen now.

We ordered the mushroom spinach omelette, the egg benedict and the impossible sausage platter. We had food restrictions (no meat) and the staff went above and beyond making sure the stations were cleaned entirely before our orders were made to avoid contamination . This was made without us requesting and showcased great customer service and respect . The food was very delicious and this had become a usual place for our Sunday brunch.
Amazing service. We were there for Veterans Day and they were very busy. But we were taken care of right away.

Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. Our food arrived at the table lukewarm at best. My pancakes were ok but the sausage, hash browns and eggs were disgusting. I don't know how you can screw up sunny side up eggs. My better half didn't get the omelette she ordered but it took so long for our food to come out she didn't want to wait for a new one to be made. Our server was very polite but seemed a little frazzled. The floor inside the restaurant looked like it hadn't been swept in a week. Overall a very dirty place to eat. We'll stick to Perkins from now on. Their restaurants are clean and the food is always good.
