I've wanted to try IHOP for years and just never did.This particular day I decided to treat myself and try it out.My server, I don't recall her name but she was a lovely young Latino girl, was excellent.The food was good...pancakes were ok, not as great when one considers the name of the place?But the big downfall was the cleanliness.Restroom condition was "Poor".Stall was dirty, hand soap dispenser was empty and the automatic hand towel dispenser was full but out of order.This I couldn't wash or dry my hands.All of this dispite the fact that the checklist mounted on the restroom door was checked off and initialed, even thru Thursday although it was only Wednesday??While addressing this with the manager he claimed that the t/p dispenser had a in fact been broken for a while so the large commercial rolls were simply hanging open and on the handicap bars.This all begs the question, "How really clean is the kitchen"?

After being seated at 10am there was no coffee ready. Servers were nice. Food was good. I'm thinking they could use better management. Not a bad experience. Young workers too. I'm not much to complain I like to see the good in everything. Ihop must have had an upgrade because their breakfast is very good. I love the pancakes, and that chicken fajita omelet is so good. The staff is amazing and very friendly. It's very quiet and the music they play is so good my family really enjoy IHOP.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
I would like to take this time to say before we had a horrible experience here. BUT we gave them a second chance. The general manager chris reached out and was very professional. The waitresses were nice. Food was actually good this time. And honestly there is room for improvement such as communication but all in all I would eat here again. 4****. No complaints

I stopped in for breakfast on a Wednesday morning around 10AM. It was slow, only a handful of customers. I decided to have the Spicy Pablano Omlet. The picture and description looked sounded great! It took a while to come out, given how slow it was in there, but no big deal. After I started to dig in, I noticed the avocado was missing, as was the creamy pablano sauce. The omelet itself, though missing those items, was still ok, but a bit dry. When the server came around to ask, I let him know the order wasn't correct. Even though I was disappointed, and since I was already ⅓ of the way into it, I chose not to have another one made. The manager discounted my meal 20% (I estimate about $4.00). So they made good on the mistake. Altogether, my check was $14.62, and I left the change from a $20 dollar bill as the tip. I'd go back again, but I'll definitely pay better attention to order and product accuracy next time.

The two waitresses went back in the kitchen after we ordered and came out with cold pancakes hard sausage and for the one item we got it said we would get two pieces of toast but the waitresses argued and said the manager said we get only one and these other people came in and then they got did in five minutes?!

I have never had such a bad dining experience, I am from out of town and thought that this iHop would be like the one back home. It wasn’t, waited 20 minutes for anyone to take our order, waited another 10 for our drinks, and finally got our food about 10 minutes after receiving our drinks. Was told I’d get a refill of my drink and never did. Will never dine here again if I’m in the area

I ordered a bourbon bacon burger with onion rings and everything was very good, the onion rings lightly fried with a good crunch and the burger cooked perfectly with the bourbon bacon jam complementing the overall flavor to create a flavourful experience.
