Jasmine Thai Restaurant And Lounge

This review is for delivery only -- the food came SO quickly! We ordered Pineapple Fried Rice w/ Cashews and Tofu, Drunken Noodles with Chicken and Basil Fried Rice w/Chicken Spice Level 2. Everything was delicious! Their spice levels are authentic so beware if you are sensitive to spice! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

The food is good but the ONE server they do have is so rude it's ridiculous. No personality. No manners. No hospitality. No customer service. Just awful. .akes it difficult to come, even just for the bar or pick up.

It’s awesome food but they need to get a happy server and someone who is customer friendly she is rude and terrible service.

Food is always good, and they have never messed up my order. I probably have Jasmine once every couple weeks.

The food was great BUT the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. The server with the glass, was extremely RUDE and unwelcoming, NEVER even took my order and by the time I was able to grab her attention she put a plate in front of me thinking that is what I wanted. Advised her that this isn't what I wanted and that she NEVER took my order. She said, "Well it's what you normally order." Advised her that she had just walked away before I can even tell her that I JUST wanted 2 appetizers. I took the dish that I normally get because I didn't have time to WAIT AGAIN. The girl with the glasses needs to be replaced now.

I will say that the food is very good. But I am giving it only 3 stars because of the service. One server in particular is ALWAYS very rude and unwelcoming. When I go in to even pick up food there is never a greeting, a thank you,, etc. Only a scowl and a nasty look. I have been going there very often because I happen to work upstairs in the building it is located in and it has been this way from day 1.

Staff was rude 😡 made us very uncomfortable food taste funny.. when asked for bottle water was rude 😡 asked for mango juice was rude we couldn't get her attention for check she was not pleasant at all so just stick with thai Thai you will not regret it!

Food was great but you really need to work on your customer service. Waitress was extremely unpleasant, kinda puts a bad taste in your mouth.

Food and ambiance was good! But the service and presentation of the food was not that great at all.

Food was very tasty, overall service leaves something to be desired. Tuesday night restaurant wasn't busy at all and getting served took a long time
