Idk what happened use to be a great place to eat but last week I ordered chicken club no mayo bacon crisp got sandwich loaded with mayo and bacon raw this week ordered same thing and everything was ok except it was on bread not toast 11.99 wasted again. Won't be back they

Slowest service ever. 15 minutes for a pretzel???? Will not mention how long it took to place the order. No mustard on the bag and next to no salt on the salted pretzel.

This place is a joke. Staff walking around aimlessly before and during getting service, ...10-15 minutes later. Ordered a pretzel comes out with no salt. Said nothing of the sorts pertaining to no salt when i ordered it. Ordered a burger and fries, and milkshake a different time the night before..same service. Meal was good but the portion size was very small, milkshake was a good portion. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And the waitresses was sitting there counting her tips in front of customers! Very unprofessional I felt like i was in the twilight zone. Wow!

I don’t even know where to begin… I ordered takeout from the kiosk, thinking my food would be done in a timely manner because my friend had work the following morning and I kid you not I waited 30 minutes for a Rocket dog and an order of fries. This place was a disaster the kitchen floors were disgusting and the one guy who worked there had his hair hanging while packaging food. I finally received my food, the fries were cold just sitting on the counter while my hot dog was being made. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This will be my last time here. I hope something changes and no one has to go through what I went through. Next time I will be getting sheetz or McDonald’s.

For a restaurant that specializes in burgers, fries, and shakes, the burgers were so greasy. The grease dripped off the burgers when you lifted them to take a bite. The fries, onion rings, floats, and shakes are great. I won't return as I found myself running for the restroom the next day. The burgers were very greasy and not at all enjoyable. The one positive thing about our food was the fries and onion rings.
Ignorant staff, went at 10pm for food was told they were closed. Heard the girl say F that I’ll only make milkshakes when it says they’re open til 11 pm won’t go back.

I go to Rockets almost every Sunday....the service is absolutely great followed up by awesome food..they make u feel welcomed just like ur at home..highly recommend. .Heidi is totally awesome!!! Ask for Heidi, your service will be excellent!!

The bacon cheese fries tasted good but like the bacon hamburgers arrived cold. Way too much money for what we got. This was a huge disappointment.
