Waited 20 minutes for my food got parked. Finally pulled back around just for them to not even know about my order , saying they have to drop the chicken. With that being said I asked for a refund . It’s fast food I wasn’t waiting 30 mins!

Had to wait for Tenders they claimed they ran out...When I did get them to eat in car they were cold....I was too tired to argue it off.....I doubt I'll go back plus the attitudes of the women

So on my kfc experience wasn't so great first they made me wait and se3m like the mangers their was 3 of them the3 mangers wher bill and angel and sam now seem took my order i can see if they where busy but pretty much the first customer at 10:30 a.m. and not sure what they were doing but angel was friendly se3ms she gave my order out only thing was ok was the chick3n so i tip the cook only reason i give them a 2 star hope they can get better mangment in their also parkinglot was dirty dumpserdoor where up mens bathroom was dirty just hope other ppl had a better experience then I did

I want to thank a young lady working the evening shift.Angel she is a very nice young lady..her customer service is wonderful..this the second encounter I've had with her..I give her ***** across the board..I will always come to this store if she's working..100% amazing..she always has a smile and always go far and beyond the service to make the customer happy with their food...

This is the third and last time I’ve had a bad experience at this location.The food is consistently goodThe service is fast and courteousThe place is clean. BUT…..Every time they get the order wrong. Every time!It’s almost comical at this point as if it’s intentionalThe same employee took my order accepted payment and got my food so it’s not a case of miscommunication. I’m done. Sorry

I just got home from placing order in drive thru. And again I think missing $16.00 worth of food. I am so annoyed and calling there has been a nightmare as well. It says call is being transferred to a manager and it hangs up on you. I'll never get from here again! Last time I was missing 1 item now 3. Family Is very unhappy
No, the lady who took my order today was actually very nice, I got a four piece and tbh only two pieces were actually decent. I THINK FOR THE PRICE THEY NEED TO GIVE BIGGER PORTIONS. Mash potatoes were super small im pretty sure they downgraded and cole slaw which noone ever rlly likes had such a huge portion.. they def need to balance out the food better. WORKERS EXTREMELY NICE FOOD PORTIONS NOT SO MUCH..
