We have been here before. It was our go to celebration restaurant. However, after this experience, it likely will not be. The restaurant was not busy. It took an hour before we saw any bread. We had to ask for the bread basket. People who came in after us had received theirs and we're starting to get food and we still had nothing. The food itself was great! But, our appetizer came out with everything and it was over an hour before all of that happened. We ordered an appetizer because we were hungry and figured it could take time for our meals to come. Our son never got his drink. We were there for a celebration, which was noted on the reservation. Generally, they make a big deal... Nothing this time. Not sure we will go back.

I have to be honest with you, this place is great. The food, service, and prices were all top notch.
There were many varieties of specials which all sounded delicious.
There is ample parking across the street.
Give it a shot if you're on the mood for a good dinner.

Delicious food and cocktails. Quiet atmosphere. They took my multiple food allergies very seriously, including cross-contamination, which you don't find at many places.

Food was excellent. The waitress and manager were attentive and very friendly. Great experience!

Best cocktail list I've ever seen! Meals and service were fantastic. Dining in an old bank was fun - great ambiance. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was the best dinner during our time in Wilkes Barre/Scranton.

Service was slow. Took over 10 just to get our water glasses filled. No knowledge about the wine we wanted to purchase . Kitchen staff was so loud I could hear their foul language from our table. Ordered the steak med and it was extremely under cooked. My potato tasted like nothing. The red wine sauce tasted like butter and looked like pepto bismal. Everything else ordered was either bland or grossly over salted, like the carrots, that had so much lemon and salt, my husband got sick to his stomach. My husband’s pork chop was dry and had a “garden” of some kind of bread crumb. We will not be back as this was our 2 time there and our last dinning experience was bad but this time was awful. Our server was great. When asked by whom a I assume was the manager Brian, he was extremely unprofessional and was going to give us dessert “on the house”. The chef and manager I’ve met should apply at a local wing/bar establishment because they have no idea as to what they’re doing.

For what we paid we expected a nice dinner and could of had a better experience at a McDonald’s drive through

Everything was pleasant. It was very busy for Sunday brunch. We had espresso mocktinis and they were delicious. Avocado toast board was delicious. Truffle potato's were undercooked and a bit al dente. Berry French toast was beautiful and scrumptious.

It was our first time there. Atmosphere was really pretty. Service was good and food was good. Drinks were ok, I've had better. It was really slow for a Saturday night. Would go again.

This was my 5th time at Bank and Vine and this was my worst visit. It was advertised as Taco Thursday with 3 different tacos . However out of the 3 they had 1 that was originally advertised. They didn't have cod or lobster tacos substituted lobster for shrimp and still got charged for the price of the lobster tacos. They also had an event this night but don't advertise Taco Thursday and not have 2 out of 3 tacos that were on the menu. I left very disappointed.

We made a reservation for after a high school graduation, so late in the evening on a Wednesday night and the manager went above and beyond to make sure they would be able to accommodate us even though we would be arriving so late. He reached out a few times to keep us updated in the days prior. And the staff were all so friendly when we arrived. Service was excellent as were the food and drinks. Always top notch at B & V.

First time dining here for my husband and myself. Our server, Wyatt was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu and offering suggestions. I had an Orange Martini and my husband had a Buffalo Trace Old Fashion, both were very good. I enjoyed the Shrimp Ceviche as a starter and my husband had the B+V salad. We were served a complimentary Burrata with asparagus which was delicious. A very nice gesture.

As always, service was exceptional and friendly. Just great. Delicious food, well-prepared by an excellent kitchen, among the best in the area.

My mom and I have been doing Mother's Day brunch here for the past 4 years and it never disappoints. From the food to the service to the drinks. I love that they always change up the menu. My lemon drop martini was 🔥 We always enjoy it and will keep the tradition going.

First time there. Very nice use of a historical building. The service staff were very accommodating and politely answered any questions we had about the menu which was varied.

Overpriced for drinks and food.
