Drive 30 mins for 2 cheese pizzas and they gave me a cheese and pepperoni. I should pay more attention. Someone came in before me to get there order fixed. This seems to be a huge issue 😕

When Little Caesars gets it right, the pretzel crust pizza is amazing. But lately, getting what we actually ordered has become a hassle. My partner and I order the same thing every time: two pretzel crust pepperoni pizzas—one with regular sauce, and one with light sauce. That’s it. One simple modification.
The last two times in a row, they’ve made one pizza with the cheese sauce instead and didn’t do light sauce at all on the other. We called the order in by phone, confirmed it verbally, and even had them read it back to us correctly—so the mistake is clearly happening in-store.
The first time, we just dealt with it. The second time, we had to take it back and get it fixed. It shouldn't be this hard to get such a simple order right, especially when it’s being clearly communicated and confirmed.
We’re not asking for anything complicated. When it’s right, it’s great. But at this point, it’s become more of a gamble than a convenience.

Not to much on atmosphere but food is good and service is great. Staff was prompt, friendly,and very quick with my order.
Their pizza is hot and usually ready if that’s what your buying staff can be friendly it depends on the person who is working. Place is clean not a fine in establishment just to take out.

Went here today for the Veteran's day meal and was informed they are no longer participating. Sad! At least tell people instead of them wasting the gas. I saw several older veterans who had difficulty walking having to get in and out of their cars.
