Order an 8oz sirloin steak RARE. When it came out it was the size of a hockey puck and tough as leather. I've never had a steak cooked rare that was hard to push a fork into.

Longhorn is by far my favorite restaurants in the WB area. You really get your money's worth. I tried all of the appetizers, and I tell you they don't disappoint you. By far, my favorite is their strawberry shortcake cake ? I ordered it twice, and it gets better every time I eat ?. I can say the staff is amazing and very patient. The manager is very nice alway comes around and greet the guest making you feel very comfortable while you enjoy your dinner , one manager was so nice she gave my child a free snack once he was done with his meal, that was a great experience ? I can say Longhorn steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a great tasty mealKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly staff was amazing with my son even gave him a free snack

If I could give it zero stars I would...service sucked, table was filthy and when asked to have it cleaned off caught attitude....literal snot on the napkins, food stuck in the silverware...brought ice cold food out, missing gravy, asked for regular corn, got corn on the cob with nasty toppings on it, steak was dripping blood n asked for well done, not still breathing....ordered filet and got, idk what...not to mention waited over an hour for dinner and the waitress never came over to see if we wanted a drink or starters...I'll stick with my go to....Texas Roadhouse, worth the wait.

Our waitress was awesome she was always nearby making sure we had everything we needed ..The food not so good. The French onion soup wasn't hot the cheese wasn't even melted fully usually you get that burnt cheese crust at the top to where this the cheese was just melted but solid at the same time.. the bread usually comes out first it didn't come out till the entrees came out and my steak I asked for medium well I got medium rare instead .

I enjoyed my visit to Longhorn and the staff was excellent. I was there with a large group for lunch, so my visit was probably not typical. The food was decent, with the seafood bisque being a highlight. I also ordered a steak salad, but the steak was a little undercooked. I like it medium rare but it was more rare than medium and the veneer was cold.
