Every time I go there, the chocolate ice cream is so soft that it falls off the cone. I told them many times why can't you turn it down? So it freezes more once all over the car, another all side down my car when she was handing it to me out through the window. Can't wait for curly cream to open up unless they change their consistency of their chocolate ice cream to make it more harder

I was at the store Sinday night around 7pm. I wanted to get a few things. One of the items I was looking for was a tomato or two. In the pile of tomatoes there were several thay were moldy and had small flies on them. Needless to say, I didn't get any tomatoes. When I checked out I told the cashier and another staff member about them. The other woman said, "I saw that when I went to get the extra bags. The morning people will take care of that issue." How many other people didn't buy them because of this? How long were they in the pile? Long enough for flies to be on them. Sorry, not sorry, if this is how you manage a issue like this, I'm not sure I will be back. The longer these sit in there, the more that will be inedible. Normally the store is up to par on things like this. I wish I had thought to take pictures.

I bought 6 $14.99 lobster tails for New Year’s Eve. 2 of the 6 were non edible. I am willing to return the bad tails with the receipt, but no one at Malacari’s will answer the phone. Please respond

Not much to say here only that soft or hard ice cream is plain outstanding. Driv thru service pleasant and efficient. If you like plenty of outdoor seating. Always a smile from servers, prices reasonable serving sizes well worth the cost. Don't forget tip the workers they deserve a little extra. Remember your first summer job and how important it was to earn a buck add the tip all the sweeter especially at this place. Good job guys see you next summer you truly know how to make and serve ice cream 🍨
