Employees here are lazy. You have to order the food yourself. And when you select a table for them to bring you food they ignore it and make you go get the food yourself as well. All we have left to do is cook it ourselves.

My sister and I went through the drive through for a quick bite and were VERY pleasantly surprised!! The women who our order was VERY polite, even when she couldn’t hear us she was very nice about it (not normally what happens). Also the women who gave us our food has AMAZING customer service and was very polite as well! Overall I had good vibes!

Ordered a mc chicken with no mayo and no lettuce and got only mayo and no lettuce nor the chicken!

Found a lint fuzzy from the air handlers in with my french fries. Told one of the lead worker about this and seemed as if she couldn't care. Nothing was done except a refund. It seems that pointing out things to people who are actually supposed to know safe food practices are considered rude.

The drive thru has 2 pickup windows. After I paid, it was not communicated which window to go to. I sat at window 1 and no one was there. And I waited another minute before I pulled up to window 2. Ultimately I had to wait for our order longer since I was at the wrong window.

I got a big Mac meal and it was awful there was so much sauce on it I couldn't pick it up and I didn't order Xtra sauce and the diet soda tasted sour I throw it away I'm on a fix income I can't afford to wast money and the hamburger was so small couldn't hardly see it
