I ordered two four piece nuggets today and only got four nuggets in total . Seems trivial but with the cost of food these days you gotta make every cent count . Otherwise it was a good lunch with speedy service .

**DON'T BOTHER** I DON'T NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS ABOUT MCDONALD'S BECAUSE TYPICALLY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN THESE INSTANCES HOWEVER THIS PLACE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF DEPLORABLE, FOR STARTERS I GOT TO THE DRIVE-THRU AND PLACED A PRETTY LARGE ORDER WITH FOUR MEALS, GRANTED THEY WERE THE $5 MEALS BUT THEY SPECIFICALLY COME WITH EITHER A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER OR A MCCHICKEN WITH CHICKEN NUGGETS A DRINK AND THE MOST IMPORTANTLY SAUCES, THEY FORGOT THE SAUCES IN EACH ONE OF THE MEALS, SECOND OF ALL THERE WAS NOBODY AVAILABLE AT THE DRIVE-THRU WE WERE SITTING AT THE WINDOW FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG SO I PULLED FORWARD TO THE PICKUP WINDOW WELL THEY WERE MAD ABOUT THAT BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEIR CREDIT CARD SCANNER ONLY WORKS AT THE WINDOW BEHIND YOU MIND YOU I HAD TO BACK MY VEHICLE UP TO THAT WINDOW TO SCAN MY CARD THEN DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK FORWARD AFTER WAITING AND WAITING, JUST TO HAVE MY MEALS THAT WERE COMPLETELY WRONG, THEY FORGOT MY BOTTLED WATER THAT I PAID FOR THEY FORGOT MY SAUCES THAT I PAID FOR, NOTHING DRIVES US CRAZY MORE THAN THAT ESPECIALLY WHEN WE HAVE KIDS THAT WE HAVE TO PLEASE... THAT'S THE REASON WHY I'M WRITING THIS REVIEW, HOPEFULLY THEY COULD CHANGE THIS AND MAKE IT BETTER, BECAUSE THIS IS HAPPENING ACTUALLY A LITTLE TOO MUCH WITH MCDONALD'S..

stood in line and the orders were getting taken next to me and I was sitting there. I even yelled hello. What is the purpose of two lanes when you can’t even take orders correctly? And you want 18$hr?

I placed an order through the drive-thru and I arrived home very confidently and didn't check the bag before leaving and they kept the fries, very bad service

The dining room staff are overwhelmed and the drive thru staff are obviously overwhelmed. Customer service is horrible. Do not expect quick and efficient service, consider yourself lucky if you receive that. Despite these issues, the place is clean, I added an extra star for that.

Wait to pay was very long. Someone stood there for 20 minutes before they left, and when the workers were talking to you, it was just rude. They forgot 2 sandwiches and a drink, so we told them and then waited 20 minutes before we went back up there to ask again, which finally got them made, but the worker for that was rude too. Rude staff and horrible service don't recommend

Really bad service!! I guess they dont care what the customer wants. I tell them no pickles on my sandwich and they over put pickles, I ask for a Deluxe and they give me a plain sandwich. The service there sucks. Wouldn’t recommend that McDonald’s.
