Why is there a female employee leaning out the window dangling my drink and blasting music on her phone not even greeting me? I’ll be sticking to the other McDonald’s. Atleast they can act professional 🤷♂️

My initial round through the drive-thru resulted in the McCrispy sandwich delivered to me not matching my order (I received 4a instead of 4c), but the staff was polite and quick to correct the issue. Quality was as expected. Thankfully, the fries weren't loaded up with salt.

Waited 20+ minutes for food. Staff refused to help because "they were out of the clock". All tables were dirty. Napkins dispensers empty. Nobody cares

We ordered a frappe’ and the gentle man said “ we are out of Carmel out of all frappe and whip cream”. so we drove around to collect our order and saw the car in front of us receiving two frappe, so we ask the cashier for a frappe’ she said drive to window 2 to collect our frappe’…we paid and drove forward... Behold we got a crappie from a very pissed off African American kid! I assume the one that lied to us 5 seconds ago!!!!!!
Place cannot handle morning breakfast - the lines are into the street, with wait times of 20-30minutes + terrible management.. save your time and money.
