If I could give zero stars for service, I WOULD! Me and my grandmother decided to get McDonalds for a snack. I got the ten piece chicken nuggets, and my grandmother got a cheese burger Happy Meal. My food came right away, but hers, WHICH WAS JUST A HAPPY MEAL CAME OUT AFTER 30 MINUTES! The manager was not even aware we were waiting. We did receive a coupon for a free combo meal, but it was for the same McDonalds, which will not help because we are never going back there again!

For doordash and Uber workers, they got this sign up by the door yet they still hand orders in drive thru. They take forever when I order food or working to deliver food. THERE IS NO BELL TO GET THEM TO ANSWER THE DOOR SO ITS POINTLESS

Waited 15 minutes for double cheese. They had 7 cars pulled from drive thru line waiting for food. A truck and trailer had all the pulled cars blocked in because the drive thru line was at a stand still. Horrible customer service!

Smokey Revives
Sitting here at 5pm Monday November 4th. A group of kids come in yelling and screaming riding scooters around the building dropping the N word every 5 minutes in and out of the place and bathroom and cursing like crazy. Staff told them once to be quiet but it's been going on for several hours. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for a business
